We ordered a large fry. I got home and noticed they are a dark brown color. I picked one up try and was instantly turned off. It was so full of grease that it upset my stomach a bit. I left the fries for my husband. He was disgusted by the taste and lack of quality we are used to. So, I made the decision to call. I explained what my complaint was to the young lady (manager) who had answered. She said, "Uh huh!" ? Confused, I repeated her "uh huh." She then said "well it's our grease. We don't change it until tonight" (close of shift). I told her the fries are not edible at this point. She told me to bring my receipt to either get it replaced or get a refund.

Hinesville, GA Five GuysMy order was over $60 I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and a large fry with 2 Oreo milkshakes. Got the order went home and 2 out of 3 burgers were wrong. I called to make them aware and the manager named "Aquasha K" argued that I never told her all the toppings I wanted for them and basically I was in the wrong in her eyes. I went back for the remake and asked for my fries to be made over as well and she said "No because there was nothing wrong with the fries" I said "but they're cold" and her reaponse was "I cannot replace them". I said, "Well I would like my money back". She gave me my money back. I'm trying to make sense of how you couldn't replace my fries but you can refund me. If it were my business I would fire her for so many reasons in this situation alone bc she's costing the company money and has no consideration for the customer and quality product. Five guys youve just lost a frequent customer.?

The food was very delicious but it os very pricey. First tome for my kids so decided to bring them there. The service at this Five Guys I was not impressed at all. Just moved down to Georgia and the girl I was not impressed at all with. She was very rude to my children when asking what they wanted on their burgers. I was not happy. Unsure if I would want to bring them back there because of this especially when I spent at least $60! Customer service skills is a big thing when you are working the counter. Other than that the food was good and the store was clean.

Great burgers, toppings (lettuce, pickles, bacon, etc.) Were very good. Fries were too soft for me but that's me. They're made of real potatoes so it's not a huge deal. Wish they had an option for crispy fries. *Very expensive.Parking: Front of location; only 10 spots

Order was correct, only issues is they had run out of tomatoes. No big deal. Also received a text or email saying order was ready to be picked up before I actually arrived. When I actually got to the location, they where working on finishing it. Probably due in part to the tomatoe outtage. Either way, nothing at all negative about the visit.

So I know five guys is known for their fries and the bottom of the bag fries, but having a big pile of potato at the bottom of the bag is not appetizing. While I was sitting there, eating my burger, which was OK I watch the female cashier get into it with a Uber eats driver, telling him that their general manager only allows them to pick up one order. The driver politely showed her the phone with the request service, saying to pick up the other orders, and please give them to him to which she declined and said the general manager has a rule, saying that they can only give out one order. that’s insane because of someone who runs a restaurant I have multiple drivers that pick up multiple orders you can’t just ban a person from picking up the orders they’re sent there to get so they ended up canceling probably over $150 worth of food loss I feel sorry for the customers and if that’s the customer service I know for sure I won’t ever be ordering delivery through the app because that woman working the cashier is more likely to get my order canceled after having to wait already an hour for it just to have it canceled because the general manager is clueless . Super bad business. If you can’t adhere to the third-party rules, don’t use third-party for your store for delivery it’s foolish to punish the customers and eat, food, lost, and refunds over bad attitudes and poor management. The gentleman walked out and the orders never got picked up. I watched and waited. 10./10 probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

So we were order #2 this morning. Five Guys was what our 'dads' wanted. We all ordered. I had a bacon cheese dog but without the bun . I have a gluten allergy. Our order came and my hotdog had a bun on it. Because it's an allergy , I couldn't just pick off the bun. Took it back to the counter and they said they would fix it. My family finished their meal and I was waiting and waiting. I finally went up and asked if they forgot me. Nope. It had been sitting at the counter for a while but they hadn't called out or anything. Then I had to watch the young girl glove up. Get me a knife and fork, grab a mustard and bag my food. It took her a bit. I said ' oh it's for here' and was told everything has to be bagged. By the time I got back to the table everyone was ready to go ... instead they hot to sit and watch me eat. Not sure why it was such a production and took so long. Was not my best experience with Five Guys.
