Went in today to do an exchange on the vanilla whey alpha product the flavor is awful. Was very pleased with Dario’s customer service helpful and made the transaction smooth.

They clearly didn’t want my business. I walked in and the lady asked me what I wanted, which was nice, after I answered she took a personal call and said I’ll be with you in a minute. Literally, no one else was in the store and I already pointed out what I wanted. All she had to do was open up the container and sale it to me.

Customer service was great, However inventory needs to be restocked... Which should not be an issue here.. -1st GNC I went to that was out of everything I asked for. Many out of stock products.. However they did recommend a different local store that did have everything I needed in stock... I'll be going there to the local place from now on to save the gas and possible inncovienence..
