“My only issue with this Lowe's store is the lack of employee help during the evening hours. They close at 10:00 pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday at 8:00. The hours are great for working customers that have no choice but to shop later (after 7:00). However, trying to get knowledgeable help is not gonna happen. The "late shift" employees can help with location of product (most times) but that's about it. Forget about weekend morning and early afternoon. They have knowledgeable employees during this time, but because they are so busy you would have to spend hours waiting for someone to become available. I am renovating my home on the weekends and don't have the time to hang out at Lowe's and wait for "expert help" as they so often use as part of their marketing strategy.”
