“Mariah at the front desk at Home2 Suites was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she set the tone with a warm welcome and a genuinely friendly attitude that made me feel right at home. She was professional, quick to help, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who balances efficiency with such a personal touch, but Mariah does it effortlessly. She answered every question with patience and a smile, and you can tell she truly cares about the guests’ experience. If every hotel had a Mariah at the front desk, traveling would be a whole different game. Highly recommend—she’s a big reason I’d come back again.”
