I HAVE EMAILED AND EVEN CALLED THIS LOCATION TO TRY TO REACH HOLLI AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING.IVE USES H &R BLOCK SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE THINK ILL CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE THIS YEAR.

Overall service was oook, but one thing that I did not like was the fact that they talk loudly and everyone hears your personal information. Example: Do you still live at ( reads the whole address out loud) instead of asking if the address in your stub or ID current?
They yelled out approval amount instead of just showing you the amount and saying this is what you're approved for. Not only does the person in the next both now know your address they now know what you're leaving with. This needs to change company wide. They should implement better safety and privacy procedures. This has prompted me to learn to file my own taxes, not only will it save me money, but possibly my life.

This place customer service is far more the worst,There's this African American there a woman she's a older lady with glasses she's very impatient, she has horrible customer service and has no care that she's giving customers the worst energy this has happened more than once so I'll never visit this office again.

Had an appointment at 9am one employee kept insisting it was at 9:30. When I clarified that our appointment was at 9am and showed proof, I was met with an attitude by the white older lady. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our tax preparer, the receptionist was kind enough to call the tax preparer but she was no where to be found and didn’t answer the phone. Don’t understand why I’m able to take an appointment at 9am if you guys cannot hold up your end of the bargain. I was offered to leave my taxes there and they can complete them without me, but seeing how they can’t be trusted to even arrive to their own appointments on time and won’t answer the phone when their coworker calls, I don’t trust them to do my taxes without me there.
