Not even a week had passed before my nails started to chip and polish started to come off. When I finally saw it kept getting bad I went to get them fixed. It was 4 nails and they charged me like it was my fault. I didn’t do anything crazy to have an impact on my nails like that. I will not be spending any more money here.

Charged my daughter's card $135 for basic full set of nails and a nail design with pink color nothing extra just natural color and pink tips. Not great work to begin with they looked rushed and not really what she showed them with the picture. Used weird skin tone color too. Next day and 4 nails have already come off... just don't go

Very unprofessional worst set of nails my cousin has had apparently it was done by the supposed manger. No one speaks English he claims. Even politely asked for some else to do it but he refused that . Became very rude about the situation.

I came here with a friend trying new places . I can say it was 0/10 . I needed a very light pink polish on my nails and the guy kept putting different pinks on my nails. My shapes on my nail were not the same one was bigger than the other . Then a young women did my feet and i have two acrylics on my big toes . They were not the same shape , she didn’t shave them down properly. The nail polish was not clean around the base of my nail as it should . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all . It only gets one star because the atmosphere was a LITTLE okay.

I use to love this place. Been going here since they first opened many years ago. Now it is a waste of money and time. Today was my last time going. My nails should not look this bad after spending $85.

Mimi is the best. It’s been little while, but if you live in Savannah worth the drive. My feet feel like walking on clouds. They have new clean facility and very nice attitude. Will be back soon!!

This was my first time here. I went with my friend. We needed fill ins and our usual spot was closed already for the holidays. She had a pedicure which she did not like very much, but that's her experience with one person. We both loved the guy who did our nails. He was also really nice about me changing my mind and taking something off my nails. I usually prefer dip powder or gel as acrylic isn't great for my nails. My friend got stiletto nails. Their prices were higher than I'm used to, but the quality is good.

I requested the basic pedicure service and did not receive everything included in the service description. When I brought it to the attention of the lady in charge she brushed me off and told me that that their service menu is out of date. I chose that service because of what I was shown that was included and the employees didn’t at any time inform me that those services were no longer included. The overall customer service was terrible and at this location you end up paying for services that you don’t fully receive.

There is a lady there who is tricky and sneaky in offering additional nail services without being clear about the price. DON'T GO THERE! The place is filthy anyway!

I received a pedicure & full acrylic set on Thursday . On Saturday , 4 of my nails had popped off . I was charged $130 for my services which would have been okay if I received great work . I got the all inclusive pedicure but didn’t get a callus remover or massage . During my full set , my nails didn’t receive any primer or filing of the false nails to make them stay better on my real nails . I feel as though my services was rushed & un professional services as my nail tech was constantly stopping and getting in his phone . & I still got charged the full amounts . The staff was very friendly and nice !
