“My phone died on vacation and wouldn't turn on. My business lives and dies with my phone. Kayla Barley went above and beyond to get me taken care of. She handled the entire conversation with Verizon and Samsung support. My replacement phone was shipped next business day for a small shipping fee but no cost for replacement. She has the knowledge and expertise to take care of business. Very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. I can't imagine she will be at this location long as she climbs the corporate ladder. Greatly appreciate the service I received at this location.”
“I came into this store in Hinesville back in October 2025 and was looking to switch from Cricket to T-Mobile and the lady that was there was very rude and not helpful . So much that I just left and stayed with cricket . I returned this evening cause my mom has T-Mobile prepaid and had downloaded fever virus known to man kind lol and to my surprise the 2 individuals that was working greeted me with enthusiasm and was so helpful with fixing my moms phone .i will deff be coming back and join the T-Mobile family !! “The lady in the store was amazeing,friendly and knew her job. She even stayed late to set up the phones....the man at customer service was horrible,made a case on my account,I've had my phone service a long time and I ordered two lines and phones,and paid on line,went into the store,and just wanted the order cancelled online and bought the two same exact phones in store,he argued with the lady at the store for 38 minutes about canceling the order. Other than him. I love cricket,best people,best service, and I'm a lifetime customer!”
