I called, left voicemails and emailed them. It took me a few hours to complete the course and it was pretty easy. The staff are very friendly and they did apologize about the delay once I was able to speak with them. I wish the process was faster but I was able to get my certificate. If you don’t have a deadline or even if you do make sure you complete the course a few weeks before. You shouldn’t have any problems if you do it sooner than later.”
