“We experienced a pet owners worst nightmare when a large rattlesnake bit my 20 pound dog recently. Thanks to the team at Liberty Animal Clinic, my girl has made an unbelievable complete recovery. The skill, care, and love the staff at Liberty Animal Clinic displayed was nothing short of amazing. They acted fast, with great competence, and a good amount of compassion for me, a very upset and worried owner! They kept her for several days, and sent frequent reports to me about her condition. When she was stronger, they sent us home with medications and instructions that got our girl right back on track. Their follow up has been phenomenal, including requests for videos of my dog so they could monitor her balance issues that were an immediate result of the bite. I will be forever grateful that I found this animal clinic! Five stars on this google review don’t even begin to touch the rating they deserve! It’s 10-stars for sure!”

“Today our family had found a very injured kitten in the plaza. We took the kitten to petsmart to find out if they could help us or point us to someone who could. The woman who helped us (I think she was the manager) went out of her way to call a vet in the area who was able to assist us with the kitten. This woman truly cared and it showed. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Shalimah at Petsense for the amazing customer service she has provided for my French Bulldog, Chapo.

Chapo has food allergies to both chicken and beef, and finding food that doesn't contain those ingredients can be very challenging since they're often used as fillers in so many pet foods. Shalimah has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, asks questions about Chapo's needs, and even carefully checks ingredient lists to make sure the food is safe for him.

She has been helping me for quite a while now, and her dedication has made all the difference. Thanks to her, Chapo finally has food that he loves and that doesn't trigger his allergies.

What stands out most is how genuinely caring and friendly she is. She never makes me feel rushed and always treats Chapo's health concerns as if they matter to her personally.
