My server Lex was amazing! If you come here request her! She didn’t hover but she made sure my every need was attended to in a timely fashion!!! The bartender Jaianna did her big one with the Rita’s! I told the manager Clint it was a little too cold in here and he adjusted the thermostat! He is amazing!!

** Update ** Got a call from their GM, who totally lied to me about a refund and "customer relations" never heard about any complaint. So, a month later, I am STILL out of the money! **Ordered from this restaurant over a week ago. Only to not terrible service, staff bickering in front of guests, I never even received my food. Correction, they wanted to give me the same food I asked about 2 hours prior. I have worked in restaurants most of my life, so I was trying my best to just be patient. After not seeing a take out section, I inquired with 3 different staff members for it. Only to be spoken to like it was my fault I didn't see the small sign by the back kitchen door to the bar. I have filed a complaint, spoken to the GM, and I am still waiting on my $112.50 refund. I will never come back to this location, if to any at all. People do not just have money laying around to throw away. From look looks of it, and these other reviews, to include the score I should have done my due diligence on checking out, its probably best we didn't eat the food. Beware ...

New to the area, literally three people inside. It took 40 minutes to get our appetizer and our meal. The food was old and overpriced. We will never come back here again. Waited 15 minutes for the check.

The hostess was very nice the waitress was extra nice when it came down to me ordering my food. I asked for the squid that was shown on the menu. The waitress informed me that they do not have that anymore even though it is on the menu. That's not good to advertise something that you don't have or you don't serve anymore. So I lifted and went to Longhorn.

My experience here was horrible. I waited 30 minutes for my meal just for the girl to tell me that my meal would not ring up on her register for the special of $1099 for the ribeye. I asked for a manager waited another 15 minutes for no one to come. I walked out today I called and my car keeps getting dropped. I called the Savannah Location they told me they could not give out the district managers, phone number the girl had me on hold to find out if she could. I couldn’t hold any longer. I would definitely like a response. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service and how could you feel my social media and the commercials on television about this special and when I get there, tell me it doesn’t ring up on your register and it’s nothing you can do about it it’s about thinking outside of the box and if you have a manager at the restaurant someone should be able to do something about that.

It was my son's birthday and of course kids enjoy the experience that makes everything great. But for the food, my daughter's shrimp pasta was dry and the shrimps were burnt with lemon seeds in the pasta that my daughter said there were bones. I didn't believe her as I took home the left over and tried it, there were several lemon seeds in it. Is this even appropriate for a restaurant to do that? My rice kebab with chicken was too salty, burnt, and oily. I've had this rice kebab at Rodeo Mexican restaurant, and it was the best but not here. My boy enjoyed his ribs though saying it was yummy. The New York cheesecake was plain, no strawberry drizzled on top of it as on the photo. I wish this restaurant's manager's family comes to celebrate and get serve with all these burnt foods, because of him/her (manager) the workers don't care. And who ever that cook/chef is, find something else to do if you hate your current job.
