Ordered a Chai Tea Latte.. it was a little “watery” and lacking flavor. Josh at the counter had them re-make it with a shot of Vanilla1.) The Chai Tea was amazing with the Vanilla2.) Most importantly- Josh was fantastic! Quick, efficient and super-friendly.- I’ve been to many Starbucks’ all over the state. This is now my FAVORITE location ? Thanks Josh and the staff

Been coming here for two years. The experience is always pleasant. Drinks always taste amazing but for the past two or three weeks… my normal brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, taste absolutely horrible. I’ve noticed that it’s the same barista lately who makes the drinks. I have yet to catch her name… but I even have went back and got it remade and she still didn’t make it right. When you get the same thing almost everyday for years straight and spent $9 on it, it’s very disappointing when you feel like you can’t come back anymore bc they aren’t making the drink correctly… not to mention I always also get salted caramel cold foam on my drink…. Once again never had an issue. But with this same barista it’s never correct …. The taste and color is obviously off… idk if she’s still learning or she’s putting the wrong thing or not enough of something but it’s white not light brown like it usually is and tasted plain and sour, something was definitely off… when I went back the next day I got a frappé thinking it would be a better experience bc how can you mess up that ? Well they did, chunks of ice, watery and milky tasting, no flavor, nor sweetness nor coffee taste…..even tasted the same after asking for it to be remade …. I just want the old baristas back …. It’s sad I have to go to dunkin now ☹️

Wow!!! This location is ON FIRE!!!! A well-oiled machine…. Their large staff was busy, efficient and friendly! They had a huge drive-through line so we ordered inside- they had 3 rows of pickup orders ready to go!!! Wish all the locations were this organized!!!

The audacity of some young girl at the drive thru talking rude to customers on Saturday Jan 20th I thought it was just me so we pulled to the side and listen for other customers placing orders and she was very rude no manners for any of the customers I was actually getting out the hospital and wanted to use my gift card ended up leaving because I don't believe in spending my hard earned money where I'm not treated as a customer.

Just like any other Starbucks. I usually get the strawberry açai refresher EXTRA strawberries light ice ( they sometimes skimp on the strawberries but if you communicate with them they’re cool with adding more ). Sometimes I get the egg whites and turkey sandwich which is always good ( just wish the sandwich was more than 2 bites ).

Worst Starbucks experience, ever! I want to give -5 stars. Made a mobile order at 6:50pm, with notice it would be ready at 6:58. By 7:10pm, my order was still not made & I watched people who had ordered at the counter after my arrival, get their orders filled before my mobile order at 6:50pm. I was a little angry, when the shift leader said she was giving me a refund and I asked where's my coffee. Her flippant excuse was, "We're kind of busy, and if you want a coffee, you'll have to wait until all these others are filled." I looked, and by this time they had maybe 10 orders from the drive-thru & counter orders. Absolutely unbelievable response and service! I asked why my coffee should wait another 10-15 minutes, when thru their fault they just hadn't gotten around to making my coffee after ordering 20minutes prior. Her response was simply, "We're very busy". Worst service, ever, from a Starbucks domestic or international. I will not visit or recommend this location, ever. Oh, and I never got my coffee. Shame on you, Hinesville Starbucks.
