went in today to upgrade from the iphone 12 to the iphone 15 plus. the girl working there had to get her manager for the upgrade and told me that it would be $500 down which i agreed to even though the website had said i’d only pay around $350 with tax. i figured that was fine because i decided not to trade my old phone in. however, apart from the 2 girls (manager included), being COMPLETELY unprofessional and talking about how one of their man “gives it to her well”, they also added a $50 phone case, a $20 screen protector, AND changed my entire plan without saying anything to me about any of it. i should’ve noticed them putting the case on the phone and everything, but i was tuning out and trying to not listen to their conversations between each other AND when they were both on their own phone calls multiple times with friends. unfortunately i didn’t notice and plan to return the case tomorrow, but i went home and saw that they had also changed my entire plan so i had to call t-mobile customer service to get it changed back. i never write reviews for literally anything, but this place and those employees specifically should not be working there tbh. the entire thing was so unprofessional and adding on all of the extra stuff without asking me was ridiculous. will just order online next time and wait lmaooo.edit: just found out that they also added on an internet line for a tablet that i dont have so had to get that removed too. the manager also lied when i had asked about the colors of the iphone 15 pro max and she told me they only came in the black lol.

Our experience today, we went to the store, there was a person who speaks Spanish and he did not want to serve us, I imagine that in his resume he said both languages, please, fix that please, we are customers and we want good treatment , thank you.

I've been a customer of T-Mobile for over 10 years. This was the worst experience I've had at a store. Forgot to get names but the female working there was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. And the male employee that stepped in to "help" contributed zero to the situation. Long story, kinda short, I go in to get a new phone, ask to see if there was any promo for opening a new line. Was told iPhone 13 is 50% off. Ok great! Let's do it. It's advertised at $630 so it should come out to $315 before taxes. Well the female employee goes through the motions and then tells me it'll be $31 a month for 24 months with taxes and fees, so I'm confused because that equals $744. I ask where is the 50% off? Then says it's 31 a month because of the taxes, GA and store taxes and fees. That original price is $44 a month which would make the total $1056. At this point I'm baffled. A $630 phone turns to over 1k? Unless I'm an idiot, someone please educate me, it should be closer to 15 a month, 630 + tax - 315 (50%). Makes no sense, and she couldn't seem to make it make sense either so she gets frustrated and starts rolling eyes and moving her hands around and saying that she just works there and that I'm right. Anyway, TL:DR, this store should train their employees on their products and customer service. P.S. Instead of going to this store just call tmobile directly, they offered me an iPhone 14 for free with a new line, this store never even mentioned that offer.

When entering the store I was greeted with a young lady who is more light skinned with curly hair, asking her all the questions I need of course she was new, so I did not have any problems or issues with her, but Her manager came off, very nasty and not wanting to be bothered when it came to a question she needed to ask and you can definitely tell the new employee Was somewhat uncomfortable, but I only write this two stars because of just how kind the new employee Was very nice

Do not offer credit towards accounts if you never apply it . I was owed a $60 credit for an inconvenience that had me the store for 2 hours almost. The service wasn’t the issue it was great. They did would they could but do not offer something and not follow through. I brought my receipt like they asked to get the credit , nothing . I called about it , nothing. I went in again about it , nothing. I gave up as at this point the store was no following through on what they offered. So if they offer it, I believe it’s just to make them look good but not actually apply it.

T-mobile is not a reliable carrier for the Fort Stewart/ Hinesville area. I get 50% of calls and text that come through i can never dial out or call anyone when I need to because sometimes it works sometimes or not at all. I've been in store and used the customer service number for help but I never get any results in fact it seems the service gets worse . They claim they are "adding towers" but they have been saying that for years. They also told I needed a upgrade even though I had a new phone my phone is paid off so I added a new phone line and bought a new phone (s22 ultra)so I could get my calls both phones dont work barely phone service on both phones If you want a phone that only works in wifi go to T-mobile ? I had to buy a cricket phone as a back up because I can't dial out or I don't get most of my calls and text. If you live around Fort Stewart or Hinesville ga and are thinking about going to t mobile dont. The phone service is Terrible Moible

The this store told me they couldn’t help and go to corporate store the other store told me they do this every day and lie to us. That they can do everything. Before new management they had an email stating to stop saying go to a corporate store because they can do all the same things there’s nothing at all that is different between the stores but their pay difference. This store needs to be shut down for lying and mistreating customers. The other store should report them to anyone and everyone they can. NEVER tell me to go to a corporate store cause you can’t do it because you can.
