UPS SUCKS. And the call line won't connect you with a representative. The robot doesn't understand you when you say your tracking number, and won't connect you with a representative without the correct tracking number. I have read the tracking number to the robot like 20 times but it keeps saying sorry I didn't quite get that. With all the technology these days you should at least be able to update the software of the robot to understand more people. This is ridiculous. If you call a store and talk to someone they can't help you unless it's the store that created the label. Ridiculous. And then most stores don't even answer the phone. I will never use UPS by choice. Dumb company, Dumb Robotic software, Dumb people. I would give them a -3 stars if I could.

Jessica was very quick to get an attitude with me after going in to ask about a package that was not properly scanned by USPS - I used them as an official USPS drop-off location. I am actually still waiting on the merchant to receive my return sent on 1/8 around 15:35. HOWEVER, Amanda, the manager, was great. Returned my call. Called USPS on my behalf, and really went the extra mile.I have since removed my initial review because of Amanda's superior customer service and patience with me.Edit to Owner: I did leave a voice message yesterday on 1/18 around 4:50pm, after trying unsuccessfully to reach a team member via phone on 1/17 (2 calls) and 1/18 (4 calls) - so I was definitely pressing 9. I also went to your store in-person this morning and Jessica was very short with me and ultimately unhelpful. When I told her that I thought my package might have been lost, she told me "that can happen with any of our packages." I got nowhere with her. I asked when a manager would be in and planned on returning later today. Then, Amanda reached out to me about 10 minutes ago. I assume that either my voicemail was located or my email about Jessica was read. I have no problem revising my review based on the overall experience, once a conclusion is reached.Final Edit: I do not suggest you use the USPS drop off service. If your package is lost, there is ZERO accountability. Take your USPS packages to the post office.

went in there to get something notarized so I can call in to my husband's mortgage company to make payments when he gets deployed. But the lady at the counter turned us away because "it wasn't a legal document." she didn't even read it, she didn't ask what it was just said no and to go on legal zoom and come back. She obviously has no knowledge of the notary requirements because a notary can notarized a handwritten document.

Quick service. I've read all the bad reviews and would leave same if I had those experiences. However, I've made two Amazon returns in the past couple of weeks and both times it was super quick, the employee was very friendly, and professional. So, 5 stars from me.

Normally when I come to this UPS store, the workers seem dead and just want to get the day over with, but this morning, Michelle was so joyful, polite and so energetic. She was the only one in there and she kept a smile on her face and was so happy and willing to help the customers. She was absolutely amazing!!!!! I loved her energy. ?

I’m a truck driver unfortunately my profession keeps me away from my daughters (8 & 4) mostly the whole year so I do a lot of online shopping and I been having my orders come to this store for the past 3 years. Early last week I ordered two inflatable unicorn costumes so they can attend their halloween parties at school and go trick or treating, My daughters mother brought them to the store Friday to pickup their costumes after school the girls in the store didn’t want to release the order to her because Amazon made a mistake of putting my first name on the order, I can tell they wasn’t concern or care about the situation going on at that moment because i was listening thur the phone, My daughters mom showed them her driver license showing we have the same last name and she always come there, she even had the tracking number but they didn’t care while my daughters was standing there with tears in their eyes disappointed wondering if they going get their costumes which they didn’t get!!! As a loyal customer I’m done with UPS all the way around because of this Store!!!

I have always had great service with the people that work at the store, they have always been very nice helpful and courteous they have a few new people that work there that might need some assistance with their mannerisms but overall they are really good!!

My review is in regards to my experience with the Livescan fingerprinting at this location.Not knowing what the process was I attempted to contact the store to see how the process works at their location. My call was not answered. My only option was to leave a detailed message and receive a call back. The call back never came.I made an appointment online with Live scan receiving an 8am confirmation for their location. When I arrived there was no one on staff that could assist me & they stated that they do not get or make appointments for the live scan fingerprinting. I had to come back at 9am.Returning at 9am there was still no one to assist. By 9:30am someone was available that knew how to run the process. They started the machine but left me to my own devices. I had to have them come over repeatedly to assist with the process.Though friendly and apologetic for what I can only imagine is a poorly designed comany practice regarding the livescan I felt as if my need to be assisted took a backseat to other concerns.I left not certain this was done correctly. Any questions I asked about the process to follow in regards to the fingerprinting and how the nursing board would receive them were answered with I don't know.

Called to make sure that a notary was on duty before heading to the store, was told that one was available until 6:30 pm. Arrived at the store 10 minutes after calling (4:45pm) only to be told that the notary was gone for the day. Extremely unprofessional.

The website clearly says that they allow customers to come receive fax from businesses. I came here to the HINESVILLE, GA location today & they claim they aren’t allowed to have customers send fax paperwork there. CORRECT YOUR WEBSITE INSTEAD OF FALSE ADVERTISING & HAVING ME WASTE MY GAS TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY HERE FOR NOTHING. Thanks.

I hope that this particular location is just scamming people and UPS itself isn't really this bad.Just a few years ago I shipped a package more than 5 times the size and more than ten times the weight from Tijuana to Michigan for less than $70 for two day shipping that included the weekend.Today I'm told that a 3x3x9 inch package weighing about half a pound is going to cost over a $100 and two day shipping over the weekend can't be guaranteed until the 4th day to go from Hinesville to the same address in Michigan.If UPS as a whole is treating people like this then I suggest you just plan on not using UPS at all.If this location is scamming people then I suggest you find a different UPS store to go to.Regardless what's going on. Trust the bad reviews that are associated with this place

Went there to ship off something and rep told me I couldn’t use the same box it came and I would have to box one of their boxes which I knew was incorrect because I’ve used multiple different boxes and other UPS locations and they never said anything like that the rep told me that she is just following the shipping guidelines and which I’ve read before and it doesn’t specify that you have to use one of UPS only boxes…..going forward this location will be nonexistent to me as I don’t want to go into places that make their own rules.Update to store owner: I was shipping out something less than 1 lb. and it was going back in the same box Amazon shipped to me i'm pretty sure it would've reached it's destination fine since it got to me undamaged why should I have to pay for you of your boxes? nevertheless I was able to get it shipped off through the UPS store in Savannah with no issues being that it was a legitimate shipping box that UPS accepts.
