The staff that currently work there are absolutely unfit to work in customer service. The lady walking the floor “assisting” customers is absolutely rude and condescending. There were 12 people in line and only two people at the counter which I understand, staffing shortage. However, they did not have any sense of urgency and again were extremely rude. Questions are not welcome here and prepare to wait, receive rude remarks and feel belittled.

Ridiculous is that the correct word? Rude ? Entitled but we can get zero help with these people. The supervisor was extremely rude!! She asked if we had a code I went to show her a confirmation code and she said well I anent about to read that… I mean seriously you won’t help us and they have zero address forms! Don’t recommend

The lady working the front desk today either needs therapy or to work elsewhere. She was respectful at first but at the slightest inconvenience to her she quickly became aggravated and disrespectful. I will be contacting the post master about the way this woman handled my deliveries and especially if they don't reach the customers. I will never be using this post again. Unacceptable. If a manager sees this and wants more info, send an email address.

The woman answering the phone is completely unfit to work in customer service. She has to be one of the most rude people I've ever spoken to in a business setting. Understand, my reviews aren't exaggerated as I would never unjustly jeopardize someone's financial stability. However, this lady, is a very mean person and totally disrespectful. You could find another employee with better customer service skills that represent one of the most over-populated and economically booming cities in Georgia. She is repulsive and needs to be given an aptitude test for her skills or lack-there-of.

So usually I go to this location when FT Stewart isn't available. And when I have previously been there, a management women with the worst attitude towards people or the way she presents herself is there. BUT I recently went for a missing package dreading to have her and I didn't I had the amazing pleasure to deal with a nice gentleman who went above and beyond helping me out and even sent two other gentleman to my home to ease my frustration of now a stolen package thank you to those three men staff members for all your help.

Next time I go, I need to ask this woman her name, she is just the sweetest thing! She works at the far right counter and she has a southern accent. She’s helped me twice now. I’m usually in and out very quickly and she is just so darn nice!

If lazy was a place of business it would be here, mailman pulls up honks then drives off for a certified letter. The next night driver just drives by then leaves, this is an absolute joke. Reporting to Washington main office and hopefully they all get replaced and we get competent drivers

Absolutely horrid customer service and lazy drivers. Guy literally saw me pull into my drive way only to leave a "Sorry we missed you" on my door after I walked in, without a single knock or ringing of the door bell. I'd rate them Zero stars if I could and would rather drive to the next town over to actually experience competency and decent customer service.

They Need to have more windows open so that the wait is not long. Also your delivery driver has a habit of not putting all my mail in mailbox ? on the day I am expecting it and keeps putting mail of people who do not live in my house in my mailbox and it's getting old and tiring. I know when I have mail arriving daily if I have any and on the day I am to expect a certain piece of mail he never puts it in the mailbox.

They returned my package saying my address was not found but proceeded to deliver another package at my door. It was the same day at that. Ridiculous

The clerks at the counter are very nice, mannerable and quite courteous. It is generally busy throughout the day and they still give professional service with a smile. I appreciate them!!
