ashley brown was the coolest calmest best employee in the whole store, she was extremely helpful and kind and patient with us, she answered all of our questions and was soo sweet i loved the whole experience ?

Let me tell you about Jess F, she was a real lifesaver for us today. When my husband and I were struggling with the process of getting ported over from AT&T, Jess stepped in to help. We'd already talked to five other techs over the phone, and it was getting frustrating! But when we walked into the store, Jess greeted us warmly, opened the door for us, and personally guided us to her desk. If you ever need help, look for Jess F – she's a gem who genuinely cares about making sure you're taken care of, no matter what.

Man what can I tell you Jess F is such a blessing. My wife was transferring from AT&T and they told us it would be 72 hours to get it unlocked. Jess came in to save the day after dealing with 5 other techs over the phone. We came in and she literally greeted us at the door, opened it for us, and then walked us to her desk. She gave my wife the best promotion ever $830 off so only paying $10 for 36 months is an insane deal for a iPhone 15 pro max. If you ever need help look for Jess F no matter the wait she will make sure you are taken care of!!!

If you go here go see Jess F and Jess W they both provided great service, were nice and was a quick visit. They were funny and very lively the whole time. 5 stars to those to girls thank you.

Though Jessica F took her longest with her customers aka me, my sister, brother and my parents. She did perfect and a wonderful job on helping us transfer our phones to one another. The long work was worth it and I’m glad to have her help us instead of anyone else in Verizon.
