They never have enough tellers. They have 5 spaces for tellers but only ever have 1 or 2 tellers working. I have to go in because it is a business deposit. I always wait 20 minutes or more.

awful asked to get my account hold lifted after changing my billing address It was still frozen even after 24 Hours. now im late on paying bills. im Over this bank. closing all accounts. Do yourself a favor and just go with chase, navy fed, or a local credit union

This is just specific to the Hinesville location, as I haven't had any specific problems with Wells Fargo in the 12 years I've been banking with them. This is the absolute slowest moving bank I've ever been to. You can probably go find a job locally, perform it, and get paid in cash before you get through the three car line to make a withdrawal. I sat at the window for twenty minutes, when it was my turn,, just to cash a check. I had everything they required to cash it (two legal forms of id) and already filled out the check. It was a check to myself getting money out of my own account

Wish I could give no stars. Don’t use them for your small business banking. They have no idea how LLCs work. I was able to setup a small business account online, but when I come into this branch they are clueless and wasted an hour of my time.

By far the worst experience I’ve had with ANY bank. I just created an account today, deposited all of my funds to my account so that I’m not walking around with so much cash in my pocket. The bank did not want to assist me with anything other than taking my money and adding it to the account. They wouldn’t help me with any type of transactions after creating the account depositing my money and kept referring me to the app instead. The app wouldn’t transfer anything and says I would have to go to a Wells Fargo bank to make any transfers. The bank themselves seemed to rush me out so that they could close instead of giving quality customer service. So now I have no access to any money for a week until I get my card. Customer service couldn’t help either, they were just as unhelpful as the app, kept referring me to a bank that keeps referring me to do everything from the app that wont help unless I’m in the bank. Just being taken in complete circles. Now I’m not even sure if the bank will allow me to withdraw any funds as the lady at the counter had a problem with my valid Washington driver’s license not having an expiration date on their due to me being a veteran. I have a valid drivers license and she told me in order for me to be able to withdraw that I would need a Georgia license with an expiration date, but had no problem taking my money with that same ID, but that same ID won’t allow me to withdraw…. I made the account today, I will be closing that very same account tomorrow…

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING “COMPLICATED”Personally think I may go back to my credit union. I went with Wells Fargo because it is a nationwide bank, and to be able to talk to someone in person. With the advent of online banking I think I will go elsewhere. I understand for the sake of brevity trying to open an account online. I already have an account with them and wanted to open a new one. Mind you I assume there are two bankers in this whole office. Looked like one was dozing off in his office in his chair and the other had just finished with a customer. Only other customer was in the teller line. The banker told me that they “were mostly by appointment only”. What exactly is mostly by appointment? Either you are or are not due to whatever protocol you are under. I mean you wouldn’t receive MOST of a chemotherapy treatment would you? OR get most of a surgery done. Honestly it wasn’t worth the time explaining to the banker that I had previously tried to do this online. Apparently the only appointment time was at 4PM. Never seen a business talk themselves out.

Very unprofessional! More office cubicles with less people working. Customers have only a little space where everyone hears your business. We made an appointment and just to come and wait 30 minutes. What’s the significance of the appointment? And that Bank Associate with the surname Welsch tried acting smart on us, she didn’t want to serve us. And she knows the reason why! Without even looking at our documents she stated that our Article of Incorporation was expired which wasn’t true.She requested two forms of IDs which we presented, just to tell us in addition that she needed our marriage certificate to prove that we are married. Why didn’t you call the day before the appointment to let us know what we needed to open a business account? She lied that she called me and my phone didn’t allow her to leave a message. That’s a blatant lie, I always return every phone call because it might be one of my Soldiers needing me. Hinesville Wells Fargo Branch has left a bad taste in my mouth for Wells Fargo in general. Very unprofessional!

I was depositing a check and the bank teller asked me what was the money for and said because it’s a lot of fraud going on. Anther time they started asking me personal questions too.

They are staff is very worse I went to do wire transfer they ask me my id and show to they say you have whole in you’re id so it’s not valid I say I been using this since 3 year only this place see you making big deal out that than there staff say I will block you’re account if you don’t have valid Id and this is my driving license valid id

They are the worst bank I have had in my life seriously. I filed a fraud claim and instead of them crediting the money they making me wait past my 10 days to make a decision. Please I recommend no one at all to bank with them. This is a warning ⚠️
