The people who work here us usually don’t stay long, nobody communicated to each other. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The last thing I got was a laptop on clearance. It wouldn’t charge so I took it to them to be fixed. After two months it I get a call it back form the repair. The next the store manager called and started questioning why I haven’t paid on it in two months. I told her, as I had explained to the person I dropped it off too and the 30 different people who called during the repair time, I wasn’t going to pay for something that was broken and wasn’t sure it could be fixed. She proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that NOT how it works. So I lost it and told her to keep the piece of crap.
Explain to me how I can go across the street to Rent-a-center and have nothing but great communication and deal with the same people. I’ve already paid off multiple things there and could never keep anything at Aaron’s or listen to them give my mother-in-law nothing but a headache for her stuff. I refuse to use them anymore. You can’t even make payments on their website, and I’m pretty sure they don’t track how much you’ve paid and try and get more out of you. Anyways STAY AWAY.

My husband and I will be repeat customers. Due to some unforseen issues regarding our Samsung dryer; the store manager was swift on rectifying the issue. Going above and beyond to help insure we were satisfied with our washer/dryer. The way she handled the situation prompted us to order again from this location. Very satisfied customer. Friendly & courteous staff as well. Thank you for making our experience pleasant.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They will talk down to you, tell you you’re late even when you are able to select your own payment day on THEIR PARTNER company’s website! The manager is rude, doesn’t know how to talk to people, talks to staff like trash, and lacks customer service skills all together.. I would not recommend and i’m taking my complaints to corporate!

I typically do not like renting furniture ,but Melinda and crew have changed my perspective! I fell on hard times and Melinda and her the team went above and beyond to help! If you are hesitant about renting from Aaron's (like I was) I would highly suggest you rent from this location!

The original managers I dealt with are amazing but this new staff of folks I deal with are rude, they treat everyone as if they are going to run off with their over priced warehouse 2nd rate furniture and no matter how much of a long standing legacy customer you are and how much you've spent buying out their products over the years means nothing to this location. They act as if every customer is a bad credit, poor, and on public assistance they way they "try" and talk down to you on the phone when in actuality most make more their them on a month to yearly basis.

Literally tripping out on me over 11 days past due on my account. I went to jail for 3 weeks. Told her i be getting paid on Friday and its literally $132!! “I cant hold til friday or ill get the police involved” Had to block the store number because it was starting to cut into my business phone time costing me money. I only owe $797 left on this computer that i have had for a year making 128$ monthly payments on. For a computer worth less than what i have already paid out on it.
Professionalism here is a joke. Tell the truth and communicate and it’s a problem. Don’t go here fr they dont understand that life happens.

I entered Aaron’s just browsing while waiting for food . However because of my encounter with Ms KARA FLETCHER I returned the following day with my dad to get furniture . Upon walking in I was warmly greeted and immediately asked if I could be assisted. Most managers in my opinion have to make a conscious effort to be nice in order to offer good customer. To explain further I believe Ms Fletchers humility is embedded within so it was a natural factor for her to focus and extend optimum customer service unbiasly to each customer. My experience was top tier and honestly it was a warm and familiar encounter from the young lady that assisted me down to the driver scheduled for the delivery. I would recommend the store 100 percent to family and friends .

Do not buy from Aaron's. I have bought stuff in the past with no problems. I bought a new living room suit in April the couch was installed wrong. It has cut up my floor. The legs of the couch reclined and will not close. This was a new couch not used. I called the store. They said there repair company would call and schedule an appointment. The repair company canceled twice once was the day of the appointment. They then quit responding. I was told by an employee that management had approved for me to get a replacement. I called back and was told by an employee my replacement would be in tomorrow. Then he gets my name and says the repair company will be there tomorrow. I was not told about this and no will be home tomorrow. The manager says Aaron's does not replace broken furniture. So I will have to wait on the repair company located in Florida that doesn't come to GA often. I then get a call from the repair company that did not know I needed by furniture repaired. Aaron's does not stand behind there products or employees words. They also do not care about customers have broken furniture waiting 2 months plus for a repair.

I wish I could rate my experience a 10/10 but since I can’t 5 stars will do! I was having a very bad day and was at my whits end store after store trying to find the right furniture for affordable price. As I walked in I was greeted very warmly by two associates “ KARA” and “DENITA” who immediately approached me with smiles and asked how can they assist me! I went on explaining how I couldn’t find anything affordable with the budget I had. Almost instantly they showered me with numerous options of cash sale items! And also some very low payment options if I needed something from the floor. Every question I had was answered. All 1000 of them. Entering the store I was extremely irritated for my own personal reasons but THESE TWO WOMEN kept their composure and made my day. Lots of laughs and smiles They handled me very gently. Needless to say I left that store with everything I needed plus a better mood. We need people like this in the world today you never know what someone is going through.

My experience at this Aaron’s was beyond amazing, Nycra was so friendly and helpful she made the buying process so smooth and easy! Also the Gm Denita was great as well! Will absolutely be returning soon.
