I entered Aaron’s just browsing while waiting for food . However because of my encounter with Ms KARA FLETCHER I returned the following day with my dad to get furniture . Upon walking in I was warmly greeted and immediately asked if I could be assisted. Most managers in my opinion have to make a conscious effort to be nice in order to offer good customer. To explain further I believe Ms Fletchers humility is embedded within so it was a natural factor for her to focus and extend optimum customer service unbiasly to each customer. My experience was top tier and honestly it was a warm and familiar encounter from the young lady that assisted me down to the driver scheduled for the delivery. I would recommend the store 100 percent to family and friends .

Do not buy from Aaron's. I have bought stuff in the past with no problems. I bought a new living room suit in April the couch was installed wrong. It has cut up my floor. The legs of the couch reclined and will not close. This was a new couch not used. I called the store. They said there repair company would call and schedule an appointment. The repair company canceled twice once was the day of the appointment. They then quit responding. I was told by an employee that management had approved for me to get a replacement. I called back and was told by an employee my replacement would be in tomorrow. Then he gets my name and says the repair company will be there tomorrow. I was not told about this and no will be home tomorrow. The manager says Aaron's does not replace broken furniture. So I will have to wait on the repair company located in Florida that doesn't come to GA often. I then get a call from the repair company that did not know I needed by furniture repaired. Aaron's does not stand behind there products or employees words. They also do not care about customers have broken furniture waiting 2 months plus for a repair.

I wish I could rate my experience a 10/10 but since I can’t 5 stars will do! I was having a very bad day and was at my whits end store after store trying to find the right furniture for affordable price. As I walked in I was greeted very warmly by two associates “ KARA” and “DENITA” who immediately approached me with smiles and asked how can they assist me! I went on explaining how I couldn’t find anything affordable with the budget I had. Almost instantly they showered me with numerous options of cash sale items! And also some very low payment options if I needed something from the floor. Every question I had was answered. All 1000 of them. Entering the store I was extremely irritated for my own personal reasons but THESE TWO WOMEN kept their composure and made my day. Lots of laughs and smiles They handled me very gently. Needless to say I left that store with everything I needed plus a better mood. We need people like this in the world today you never know what someone is going through.

My experience at this Aaron’s was beyond amazing, Nycra was so friendly and helpful she made the buying process so smooth and easy! Also the Gm Denita was great as well! Will absolutely be returning soon.

First of all the staff there are awesome! But NYCRA(Kara) FLETCHER was thee best she greeted me with open arms and you can tell this young lady love her job and what she do, She was very patient with me because i was unsure. she made my experience at AARONS amazing and worth the stop at that particular store. And i can’t forgot about the GM Denita she is wonderful. Those 2 ladies are amazing I’ll be sending my entire family to go buy something from them.

I came into Aaron’s and was instantly greeted warmly by all the staff especially a young lady named Nycra(Kara). She knew all of the latest gadgets and was able to explain the different package deals and payment plans. No hidden agenda. Nycra informed on $1 down to get started and how the EPO works and how the monthly payments would be set up. Again NO HIDDEN FEES, told me straight up what was to be expected. I really enjoyed the experience overall. Denita(the GM) came over and check in to make sure I knew all of the different options available for appliances. Everyone was super sweet, PROFESSIONAL, and the store was extremely put together and clean.

The customer service was impeccable! I must say the young lady’s Ms.Fletcher and Ms.Denita were remarkably outstanding. Highly recommended this company. Will be returning.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I received a mattress. 1. It is harder than hell, 2. When I tried to get it swapped out for another one the manager of said establishment, Denita was very rude and hung up on me. She said there was a stain on the bed that came with the bed. So we could not swap it out. Her guys put the bed cover on in the truck instead of in the room to hide the stain. They have reported many people has returned this mattress for the reason of it being hard.The main problem I have is the manager denita is being very unprofessional about this and is lying to her gm to make herself seem not in the wrong.Do not recommend doing buisness with this establishment.

The staff was very friendly! We were greeted right away as soon as we walked in by the lovely Ivana and Dakota! Our visit was quick but they made sure we were very well taken care of, so thank you very much to the Store Manager Ivana, Assistant Manager Dakota, and General Manager Denita!
