I just want to give a thanks to  Steve borne this man was awesome. He saved me $1000 for a transmission cord. He was able to find me a duplicate socket for my transmission and I am so happy and overwhelmed Steve. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really help me out and you went above and beyond.

Elijah from the Firestone Complete Auto Care shop sent us over to get a valve stem that fit for a old trailer tire. They didn't have the size we needed. Elijah recomended talking to Steven at the Adance Auto Part store. Steven was a big help and got us the valve stem that my father and I needed. If you need help with something, Steven is the guy to ask in this shop. Overall great customer service.

That Willie guy needs a reality check, you don't need to give a customer a hard time while returning a damage item to the store, this dude tried to give me some strong attitude if I would raise string he would have eat me... regardless what the situation is if A customer is not disrespecting you you should be polite, or switch carrier.
Not coming back to this place, if Willie gives me that attitude again cops would be called.
