I didn't get the help I went in for. All I got was Xrays and an estimate that was WAY over priced compared to the other place I went to today and got excellent help. I'll never recommend Aspen to anyone.

Great first visit! Everything was smooth and the office staff is great. Everything was well explained and the dentist was very understanding of my situation and concerns. I’m glad I chose them for my dental needs.

I honestly feel like I wasted my time. I made an appointment for a cleaning and that did not happen. The entire appointment was a bunch of X-rays of my teeth and some 3-D images that I didn’t ask for. After it was said and done I didn’t get my teeth cleaned, and I was recommended something that would have costed me about $240 out of pocket. Let’s be clear I know I don’t have bad teeth, and I stated that I wanted what my insurance would cover. I felt like I was being finessed into something without another option. I will not be returning.

Purchased a set of dentures for my wife in October 2023. Have went back numerous times to have them correct them. Impressions didn't line up with her midline. The arch is to wide and after multiple attempts to have them correct the problem. Today they informed her that they can't line a permanent set of dentures. Now me being a CDA I have seen 100s relined and or remade bc the midline and gums where not lining up with a patients mouth. This is their mistake and will not correct nor give a solution to the problem after $4700 you would think they would want to correct what they did wrong. But no they want us to pay for different ones to be made. Not happeningDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DENTURE SERVICE

Very upset, went in with bad tooth hoping to get some kind of relief, instead received tons of xrays and since they don't take my insurance, received a quote for double the amount of what my car is worth!!!!! No relief from pain but a HUGE disappointment ? not to mention it took my 2 hours to get there from work, spent another 2 hours for nothing!

I had been dealing with tooth pain all weekend, and became elated when this location told me I could come on in and be seen. I went into the appointment eager to get some relief from my swollen face, aching tooth and gums. The dentist informed me that I had an infection and prescribed antibiotics and Ibuprofen. They never gave me any care instructions like what not to do, eat, or how to reduce the swelling. They did not discuss options, like removing the tooth or any additional options for my dental health. They never discussed the process like when you return in three days what we would do. When I arrived 3days later the dentist rubbed some pink topical on my inflamed spot and then proceeded to use a needle to numb the spot, I’m used to letting the topical gel sit there and get good and numb before you just try injecting me, it’s like she had no patience for me and wanted to hurry to the next patient. She tried to then actually relief some of the pressure but I could feel everything and when I cried out instead of working on my discomfort she told me to keep it down that I would scare the other patients. I was not able to get the work done, and needed additional antibiotics to make it over the weekend, they would not call in my additional medicine or help me after they put me out and referred me to an oral surgeon instead. I’m skipping a lot of my experience to say, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend visiting this location.

The staff is friendly and willing to listen to your concerns.But I’m not happy with the final results. Will need to return and hope that the staff will be able to fix my problem without additional cost.
