Horrible!! I wish there was a “0” star rating option. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a store by far. Lacy, disgustingly rude and incompetent. Everyone in this store is so unhelpful and doesn’t want to help customers. They all seemed more interested in getting people out the store so they can go back to looking on their phones. I’m switching services bc of how rude these people are. Absolutely horrible.

Best AT&T store visit I have ever experienced. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Myesha. She was kind and professional. Took care of our needs in a timely manner. Thank you Myesha for the excellent customer service! If I need anything in the future, I will be asking for her.

Amber was very helpful. I tried telephone customer service and the store in Dallas with no help. Amber was so nice and helpful at store 0627.

Had trouble setting up a new phone from a different carrier, went into the store to get help with the issue, they told us they couldn't do anything and we had to call tech support on our own. They lady we talked to was rude and not helpful.

Mel and Kayla gave us outstanding service.
We wanted a plan that would provide 4 lines, Wifi for our home, and 3 new phones. They were able to work out an excellent deal for us! They even stayed an hour after closing to make sure our new phones were all set up. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

My Wife and I went into this store to Replace our Straight Talk Phones/Service with AT&T phone service.
Mel, Kayla and Toni were very attentive and eager to get our new STUFF setup and running

Your technician was able to resolve my iPhone problem (failed simm card) within 15 minutes, I spent almost 2 hours at the ATT resellers in Douglasville with 2 technicians who couldn’t resolve my problem except to try to sell me a new phone for 1500.00. I can’t remember the technician’s name but she was terrific, give this girl a raise👍👍👍 ps she had red hair

My experience at the hiram store was excellent. Myesha and a member of management got me right with upgrading my device to new s25 ultra. The customer service here is always great!

Just wow! Worst customer service. Staff treated people, including myself, terribly a few days ago! They spoke to an old man professionally while belittling him. Do not use this store! AT&T needs to get their staff replaced

The customer service in the store is terrible. Pablo and Queen both ‘upgraded’ ‘with no additional cost’ to the bill 2 of our 7 lines a few weeks ago. Bill went up nearly $100! Tried to get help and was treated like garbage and spoken to like an idiot. Store manager should NOT be in customer service period! One of the rudest people I’ve ever met. We were nice until told to go somewhere else. We did.

I would give this place zero stars if I had the option. Several weeks ago my daughter and son-in-law went in there to trade in their phones for upgrade. Upgrades were supposed to be free and they wound up, doubling their bill and not getting credit for turned in phones. I was in there yesterday to turn in my other daughter‘s phone for her trade-in/upgrade and watched the employees here be absolutely disrespectful and rude to an older man that was frustrated with his new iPhone 16 that didn’t work correctly. He was within his graceperiod and was trying to figure out how to get a different phone that he could work easier and would pair with his hearing aid. He was also told that the upgrade and trading would be free and is now stuck with the phone and a new larger charge on his bill. I did not hear the entire conversation, but the body language and words that I did hear from the employee which drew my attention were completely unprofessional. He never said anything using curse words, but his body language was way worse than any bad word anyone could use. The old man ended up saying to take the damn phone back. That is when the store manager got involved by screaming over everyone in the store that he wasn’t gonna be cussing up in there. The man got even more frustrated. I stood between the man and the employee while they hearded this man out of the store, as if he was a dirty dog. Again, no employee there said any actual cuss words however they handled the entire situation unprofessionally and treated this man as if he was scum of the Earth. And then said the same type thing to me for trying to help the old man figure out why he was being charged for a phone that he was told he wouldn’t be charged for. The employees at the store do not wear name tags or the name tags they have on have nicknames on them. So there is no telling who was actually doing what. AVOID THIS STORE!!!
