I thought I’d never buy from a dealership. I’m a car guy and prefer finding vehicles from private owners. I found the exact car I wanted at a reasonable price and it happened to be at Autohouse. I’m from out of state and spoke with Jason over the phone and explained my apprehension. He took videos of the vehicle running from a cold start and sent them to me along with videos of the car that I didn’t even need to ask for. They walked me through the purchase process and set up the delivery of the vehicle for me. The vehicle arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. I even accidentally paid twice for the transport fee due to an error on my end and Autohouse promptly sent me a Zelle payment for exactly what I over payed. Used dealers get a bad rep but I would trust this business and recommend it to anyone.
