A nice older gentleman helped me find the right headlamp bulb for my Toyota Avalon, and even helped me get it changed before work. It helped me out a lot! Thanks again!!!

The worst auto zone to visit the customer care is bad.. At one point I called to get some information on a product and a girl said she is not getting up because she is the only person there! So I just went to Advanced auto!

I came in to get a new battery and learned something new about my truck and was able to get it immediately taken care off. And it didn’t cost me an arm, leg or organ lol! I really appreciate how knowledgeable they were and sincerely willing to help. Quality customer service is invaluable these days and I really appreciate it!

I had a great experience there. My passenger headlight went out and Jayden helped me replace it. He dropped my light in the engine but then found it, and replaced the bulb with a new one. He was very knowledgeable and patient with a bright smile. Thanks for helping me get my car back on the road.

LIVE IN HIRAM AND WILL GO TO POWDER SPRINGS ADVANCED AUTO PARTS FROM NOW ON. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH KNOWING WHICH BULB TO USE AND WAS TOLD TO GOOGLE IT. Dude refused to leave the counter even though there were 5 employees doing nothing. No other customers in the store. Will update this ZERO STAR review with the name of that sorry and pathetic employee. DONE WITH AUTOZONE FOR GOOD. THE HIRAM STORE EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT. NO NEED FOR MGMT TO RESPOND TO THIS ZERO STAR REVIEW. IM DONE AND SO WILL EVERYONE I KNOW BE.

I went in to get a headlight for my vehicle. I was going to have my neighbor put it in for me,because a mechanic wanted to charge me $130
Jason. M did it for me for free, I was extremely shocked because no one ever wants to do anything, especially for free.
I did not know, they installed headlights, they were busy, and took the time to do it. You have to go in near the tire , so it's not an easy job.
Great customer service. Thank you

I recently had an outstanding experience with gavin and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. My vehicle was having battery problems, and I was concerned about both the cost and the quality of work needed.
From the start, gavin was friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, transparent. They took the time to explain what they thought the problem might be, went over all possible repair options, and even suggested some preventative maintenance that would save me money in the long run. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything

I just moved here from Union City so I was just expecting to get my headlights after purchase and figure it out on my own but WITHOUT even asking John grabbed the lights and started heading out with me to replace the lights for me. Now I have a jeep grand Cherokee and lights aren’t the easiest to replace and on top of that one of the light connectors was fried. So Jason came out to help as well and together they Replaced AND fixed the fried light connector 😭 this has been the most experience I have ever had at an autozone. So helpful, so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 I recommend
