The associate who checked me out was very unpleasant. Her name was Lisa. She was neither helpful nor friendly and had a slight tone when talking to me and was quite distracted as well. The associate didn't offer to help when I had an issue and she was so focused on what other cashiers were doing.

I was waiting in the car and I saw customer waiting outside, I saw one of the employees let them in so I got out of my car that way I can go in and the employee stated they don't open until 11 then why did she let the other people in 10 minutes before opening if you going to do something like that be far to everyone don't just pick and choose.

Came here today excited to be doing something I enjoy, shopping for candles!! My son (6) and I entered the store at 10:58 as soon as they opened. The lady at the front (light brown skin with curly hair) was putting the candle bags together. I received a bag and began smelling candles. Not even a minute later, my son asked if he could get candles he liked. I said sure and went back to get a candle bags for my son. I told her hay my son will be shopping for his own candles (probably gifts) and need a bag for himself.
Well this lady thought it was a great idea to tell me with my son there that he couldn’t have a bag… a candle holder bag that they give to customers for FREE!
It wasn’t until I told her to be smart about her decision otherwise I was going to get the manager that she decided to give my son a bag. It has been 4 hours since I left the store and I am still completely disappointed in the actions of this employee. Lexi(I hope that’s her name) approached my son and I and took him around the store to get candles. She was amazing and got him to smile after the disappointment. We filled up 2 candle bags and 1 extra with 2 additional candles. She turned the whole situation around. However the other employee at the door shouldn’t be interacting with customers!

Some staff members need customer service skills didn’t feel welcomed so I left. Would rather order online and have it delivered.

Came in to this location today. Found the store manager to be the absolute worst person ever. Over heard her talking to a women who was looking for a job. She was so rude to this young lady. She made a point to make she sure everyone in the store knew she was the only manager. She made it so clear that she has assistants. The pure shrill of her voice will haunt me for the rest of my life. One of the most absolute obnoxious managers I've ever heard. I can only imagine if she treats guest this way or people looking for work how she treats the rest of the employees. Bath& body works needs to do better on training their management staff. All the other assistants or assistant managers, may I say have way better attitude than this evil general manager.

Everyone was super helpful. I think this is our new go-to bath& body works. We smelled way too many things. Lol
We did buy 3 get 3 of, spray, lotion and body wash.
