Did a fairly decent job on my car. Priceless Fair compared to other car washes. They do not offer full service where are they hand to dry and vacuum out your car.

We have been members for about a year now . Mostly pretty good but i see things declineing , pre wash station only has clear water in it the Rome ga pre wash has cleaner , mat cleaner dirty mats more dirty after they come out than when going in . At the begining i would give 5 star but they letting this place decline also a big truck setting in prewash area the entire time we was there with no one around it ??? Maybe an employee ???

My vehicle after drying off out of Big Dans. Not worth the money when Paulding is full to the brim with car washes. Go elsewhere.

They get you right every time. I swear! The wash is soooooo soothing. The vacuum and free towels to take care of the interior.
Big Dan and em been decent. Make sure you stop by if you're nearby. Won't be sorry.

This is by far the worst and less professional car wash I have been in the country! I am visiting from miami and decided to get my car washed. After exiting the car wash all four of my air valves got ripped off by their washing machines leaving me with the front right tire completely flat!! Which then I had to replace with the spare tire on site and the front right rear mirror was pushed to the front almost breaking it apart. I own a 2020 GMC Terrain Denali which I paid close to $50k to have it mistreated by some car wash. After bringing it to the attention of Phillip(manager on duty) he tells me that they won’t respond for the damages and about the mirror that it also happened to his car. Like really? Is that an answer you give out to a customer complaining about their car getting messed up?
Now I have a bill of close to $100 for fixing their mistake and they won’t take responsibility. I have spoken to Tyler Leath and Sean the district manager and still they tell me that according to policy they won’t take responsibility. I am not happy with the situation at all and I think that you as business if you damage a car you need to cover the expenses. Two days later im still stock in GA and they won’t help me out. At this point I will have to make a complaint on the Better Business Bureau and escalate the situation to the CEO if necessary but this issue will get resolved and I will get reimbursed for the damages to my car.
My advice to you reader, do not ever go to Big Dans Car Wash because your car will not get cleaned and it’ll exit the car wash worst than when it went in.

Brought my wife’s car here today and she’s happy! We got the Wax It $22 ..Very reasonably priced! We love the extra detail add ons And I’m definitely going to come back and get two memberships !

Decent Carwash!
I like the after wash services that they offer, which includes a station for cleaning cloth and rubber mats that’s free of charge. They always have complementary towels stocked all the way to the top. They have mini blowers to get water out of tight crevices which you rarely see nowadays in most car washes.
Honestly, when I get a car wash I select a premium wash most of the time but, because of the quality wash I normally get, I was skeptical here. I selected the premium wash and it was amazing!! My tire shine lasted for a few days as well, QUALITY WASH for an automatic machine. Check this place out!!
