Running a business doesn’t teach you professionalism. And these people are very far from professional. Very rude, ignorant, insulting, disrespectful,offensive, profanatory ,impolite, uncivil all across the board. Under no circumstances should you give these people your hard earned money.

I was in a minor accident on a Saturday afternoon on hwy 120 in Pauling County. The Pauling County sheriff asked if I wanted them to call a wrecker for me and I said yes. Bradley's came to the site and drove my car onto the flat bed. (The radiator was leaking fluid so I couldn't drive it home.). He swept up a few parts from the street, gave us a card and said to call when we decided what we wanted to do. We called on Monday morning and asked them to tow the car to a shop in Woodstock. They said ok, but we had to pay with either cash or a business check. The cost was $685...$285 for "Emergency wrecker service", $75 for "clean up", $90 for "storage" (3 days at $30/day), $75 for "administration fee" and $160 for "transport to the body shop". I would recommend ANY alternative wrecker.

Wrecker service does not conform to DOT regulations for maximum pricing of removal services, when called to ask why we were charged almost double, company stated that they "do not have to conform to DOT standards and can add any additional fees they want." in addition, this wrecker service will only allow you to pay in cash, they will not take any other form of payment once they have your vehicle (Ours was towed in after an accident and Hiram PD requested their services not us).

They towed car after an accident. Very nice friendly people. We quickly got our personal belongings from our vehicle.
