These people are liars and don't care about your animal at all. My mother took her baby up there after he was viciously attached by a large dog who ripped a hole the size of my fist in his neck and they wouldn't even look at her dog. They sent her away without any advice or help finding a place that would help her. They just told her sorry we don't do surgerys here but there website clearly states they do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IFU WANT THEM TREATED BY SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST AND ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PET! I only gave them 1 star because I had to. This place should be shut down.

My dog was injured by another dog pretty badly. Dr Carpenter and staff were not concern about money or how it was going to get paid. My dog’s well being was there top priority. Such care and love they all showed. Helped me through a horrible time. Thank you, Dr Carpenter!!!! Highly recommend this group.
