I would not recommend bringing your children here. The environment is very unprofessional, and the director is uncooperative and more focused on taking your money than genuinely supporting families. I was given conflicting information multiple times especially regarding nap schedules I was told three different things on three different occasions. Due to these ongoing issues
this will be my child’s last week there.

WORST DAYCARE EVER! Bianca and Shanteria are rude and unprofessional. Bianca was horrible as a teacher but somehow she was deemed fit to be the director with the nastiest attitude. Multiple days the staff isn’t there on time to open the daycare which makes us working parents late for work. Multiple days I’ve been called to come get my child due to there aren’t any pre-k teachers coming in. Multiple days I’ve been called to turn around to come get my child due to inadequate staffing and told it will be a virtual learning day. Multiple days the teachers are late and I’ve had to leave my child with the woman who works in the kitchen…..VERY UNACCEPTABLE! I inquired about pre-k graduation and awards and got a response 2weeks later saying there will not be one but there will be a potluck picnic; how gross and unprofessional not to celebrate the kids and their accomplishments. Pictures have been rescheduled twice. The school year is over in 2 weeks this is a waste of time and money for the parents. Parents please avoid this daycare and save yourself a headache. This was my child’s 1st and last time attending daycare and they WILL NOT be returning. Thanks Childcare Network; you really know how to give parents a piece of mind (NOT)

Unprofessional micro management! Horrible place to work!

This is the most unorganized unprofessional pre k I have ever seen. They change teachers regularly. They don’t tell parents when it happens. They fill in with uncertified people until they find new teachers. They change scheduled events all the time. They tell the kids things then never follow through leaving parents to deal with upset kids that didn’t get something they were promised. Stay away from this organization…

The teachers here are really amazing but the management, including corporate, is really a mess- very disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. I've had my baby here since he was a couple of months and he's 2 now. They've kept an issue that I raised with my account unresolved for nearly a month and their resolution isn't picking up the phone and calling me back but actually leaving a message with staff to let them know that my child isn't allowed in the class. I finally had to remove my baby because I can't deal with this nonsense.
December 4, 2023 thru February 19, 2024 is 11 weeks. The weekly fee is $220 plus $2.50 card processing fee. I had a $220 vacation credit for 1 week.
11 weeks @222.50 is $2, 447.5 (which is what I owed them) minus vacation credit that brings my balance to $2,224.5. For this time period, we've paid $2,472.50, an excess of $248 and I had a $0 balance as of 2/20. This is the level of incompetence!

My kid loves it here the teachers really adore the kids . I've never had an issue with them. Also if I'm correct I don't think they have the same director as some of the others have had. So definitely go check it out ask all the questions. Do keep in mind that In some rooms there's only one teacher for most of the day. They tend to keep the classes smaller and then as your kid moves up the class numbers do get larger to honestly prepare them for school.

*Update: The director went above and beyond to correct the issue.DO not enroll your child if you have an infant. We ignored the reviews giving the facility a chance and I regret that I did. My child has been there less than 2 weeks and I am removing her due to negligence on their behalf. Hopefully they can take this as a true learning experience and it could be better for the future children enrolling.

This place is very unprofessional, I'm close to taking my child out, The teachers are nice but the staff are rude and unprofessional. I've walked down the halls and there was Black spots on the floor for the longest and the bathroom was filthy, This daycare is not worth it at all for how much they charge. This place has gone downhill since Terella left, the only reason my child is still there is because there is a couple of teachers there that I have been familiar with for a while and my child has grown an amazing relationship with and they have been treating my child with love and care since my child has been there, but the place has definitely changed based off the the people running it now and I don't want my child in that type of environment around those type of people. Do better! You have children's lives and education in your hands!

Pre-k class 1 and 2 are horrible. They show no love to the kids. My son is real loving and he doesn’t even like the teacher at age 4. This is my first time sending my child into the world and they showed me you have to watch where you take your kids. They place is beautiful. The building is great. The director is okay. But all the teachers and staff isn’t. The mood is dry. No love and care in the atmosphere. Pre k class 3 is amazing and makes the rest of the classes looks and teachers look like they don’t know what their doing.

The worst. This place is very poorly managed. Staff is unprofessional. My children went here for about 7 months. Nov2020-may2021. They advertise as having cameras in every classroom but they don’t record. For the whole 9 months we were told they were budgeting to upgrade the camera system. They unsafely hold children in the lobby during open and closing instead of classrooms because they want to clean classrooms early. There is no supervision in any of these classrooms of staff members especially the younger ones. My child consistently came home with rashes and they tried to force my baby into a 1yr old class but he wasn’t walking yet. They don’t follow state or bright from the start covid standards or standards in general. I know in my heart they did not treat my baby with love and care because children talk without talking and he hated that place and people. Looking back was just so many things being done wrong and I wish I would have pulled my children long before the 9 months. They don’t care about these children they care about getting through the day and due to shortage in childcare staffing they choose to staff people who are wrongfully and neglectfully caring for children then be short staffed or miss a potential enrollment. I would not recommend putting your child in this establishment in fact I feel state and corporate needs to go into this place and just reset it completely. We won’t be returning to any childcare network in the future.

Durring the 8 months Aug 2019-march 2020 I had my sons there the baby room was good and all the staff who worked in there were great however my other son who was 3 did not have as good a time his first 3 months were good miss ema was good and director change made huge diffrence they started doing letters and numbers and it was turning into a good daycare . After returning from christmas break the director changed again and not for the better the staff had a high turnover in the 3 year old group the last lady who was assigned in there barely payed any attention to the kids she let them run wild. My wife was there for a valantines day party that the daycare had invited parents to and the lady who worked there spent more time looking at her phone than watching the kids my wife said she saw one kid running around licking the other kids food durring lunch and sae the kids climbing alover the counters you know its bad when the kids will take things off the counters and just generally was glad when covid gave me a reason to take my kids out of there I wouod recomend as a 2nd to last resort unless there has been some serious changes since I was last there

This place did not meet my expectations!Context: First time Mom. First daycare experience. Enrolled my 5 month old during COVID pandemic. Ms. Shawn is Director and Ms. Terrella is Assistant Director.Communication is poor. We were enrolled for 4 weeks and the communication app they were supposed to be using NEVER worked!!! There were lots of little things that bothered me so I did my best to address them as they came up. Eventually I wrote an email to the Director and my email was unprofessionally addressed. General disposition of front office staff is not super kid and family friendly.Ms. Jordan in the Infant Room was wonderful! She's so sweet and caring. She did everything I asked and then some.

As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessing to the administration and staff at West Georgia Children's Academy Hiram and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance that she receives on a daily basis. My main requirement while looking for a daycare was to make sure that my infant daughter is safe and happy in a clean and safe environment with caring administration and staff and I can say that I have received that here.My daughter has been at West Georgia Children's Academy Hiram for about 4 months. The administration and staff could not be any more helpful with my daughter’s needs. I feel confident and secure knowing that my daughter is in great hands. The new director, Miss Pam, is proficient and professional and she truly cares about the children at West Georgia Children's Academy Hiram. She listens intently and has worked quickly to resolve matters. She is honest and has gained my full trust in a matter of months. Good leaders are hard to come by and I am confident that West Georgia Children's Academy Hiram will excel to even greater levels under the leadership of the new director. This is also indicative of the staff who work very hard to ensure that the children come first and are given the care that they need and deserve.I would recommend West Georgia Children's Academy Hiram to any parent looking for their child to be loved, cared, and nurtured in a clean and safe environment.
