This is the second vehicle that I have taken to Christian Bros for service or analysis. I can’t speak highly enough about this business. The shop and customer waiting areas are impeccable. Their work is first class and the staff professional and attentive. This is a five star recommendation for a five star business!

Very courteous staff and clean office but staff completely dropped the ball in the competence and skills department unfortunately. I received an email to come here and against my better judgement I did because it was closer to my house. My MB GLC 300 Left headlight went out and I had a warning message to replace low beam. I have a warranty and I went to the nearest location suggested since it’s “just a headlight”. I get there and a gentleman said the entire housing would need to be replaced since it’s LED and that’s like $2700 and I said “no problem, I have a warranty”. He said he would submit the claim. I left and he called me back stating it was denied because I had 109k miles on my car (I just bought the car 4 months ago with 50k miles and I work from home) so I said “where did he get those miles from because with the warning light on it blocks the mileage, so I’m curious to know where he got those numbers.” Long story short he made the numbers up because he didn’t know how to bypass the warning message to see the dash and instead of admitting to not knowing he made something up which got my claim denied. I sent a message showing the 60k mileage. He resubmitted my claim and asked me for pictures. I sent pictures and since there has been moisture and NO HEAT from headlights since it’s blown, there is some condensation on the morning picture (which clears up later in the day if the sun comes out) then he calls and said it’s now denied because of condensation. At this point I’m like how does that make sense if the light is completely BLOWN and now there’s condensation Is that not covered. That’s electrical! Furthermore, CB had already confirmed to me that there was NO SIGN of water getting into any parts of the housing. Moreover, I read my warranty ahead of time, so I’m aware of my coverage. I already knew from the first mileage fraud that I should contact better services as a backup and the European mechanic said basically CB has no clue what they’re doing so they don’t know how to submit a claim properly with MaxCare. So I had a complete wasted day. I should’ve listened to the guy who walked in complaining he had already spent over 3k there and his van was still was not fixed after they “fixed” it previously, etc. AGAIN, Very nice people and facilities though if you’re into aesthetics over real expertise. Bring back real mechanics please!!

This was one of the best repair shops I have seen in a long time. Everyone was so nice and the repair was on point. This is going to be my go to shop in the future. Thanks to Chad, the mechanic and the gentleman that gave me the courtesy ride home and picked me up. Fantastic customer service!

All I can say is GET A SECOND QUOTE.
Maybe it was because I was a female and Jeremy assumed I wouldn’t understand, but either way- DO NOT TRUST THEM. Jeremy tried to charge me $550 to change out a battery in my Ford Edge. I did my research so I knew the battery would be $199-249. But then $300 to change it out?!? Maybe this place changes batteries while standing on one foot and whistling while they do it, but he definitely tried to rob me either way. I immediately left and called a local guy who was able to change it out as soon as I got there and guess what he charged me in total for the battery and labor?? $224!!!
Less than half of what these guys tried to charge me.
If it was bc I was a female- then shame on all of you for assuming I was dumb enough to fall for that. And shame on you guys simply for trying to charge someone that amount full well knowing how overpriced it was.

From the moment I step inside this establishment left and unforgettable experience. The establishment is so warm and inviting you would think you were in physician office lobby instead of body shop lobby. The staff was amazing. I can not say enough about Michael he made what would had been an horrible experience very pleasant. As a female I asked him to explain to my son over telephone what was going on he did just that and throughout process he contacted us both by phone. The shuttle service was the icing on the cake. They took me home when I left my vehicle and when my car was ready a couple days later due to extensive repairs they updated me by text when parts were ordered and when my car was repaired they call me and told me the shuttle would be at my house to pick me up. This is VIP service at its BEST!!! Also not to mention my repairs have 3 year warranty. I am a CBA customer for a looooog time. All my auto business for me and my family will be coming to the Hiram location.
