I usually ship from here. I've never had an issue until the other day. I shipped a package to STT but the address was inputted incorrectly. The day I shipped I handed the guy my phone and HE entered the address. I signed without double checking. (big mistake) because the address was not correct. Either way the package was sent back. When I went back, I had to pay for shipping again. Although the error was on both parties. My fault for not double checking and his for typing incorrectly. Needless to say, I was frustrated that he was not willing to help with the cost to ship the package bc he did enter it wrong. Customer service is a big deal for me so I will stick with the USPS from now on.
