Everyone there is so nice and helpful! They custom made a wedding band that goes with the engagement set I have!
They also made 4 sets of earrings from a gold nugget my dad gave to my mom! Everything is so beautiful!!

I took my engagement ring to get resized here after a couple people had told me about their experiences here, and I was extremely satisfied with the service! The price was less than I expected even after being told my specific ring would cost a little more to resize because of the layout and type of stones set in it. It was done in just a day and a half and looked even more beautiful and sparkly than when I dropped it off, and you can’t even tell they touched it. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry needs! I am so happy with my ring and so glad it was affordable!

I took a hundred year old Hamilton pocket watch to see it there was any way it could be repaired. It had not been used since 1975. Rob took it, set it and it started working! Then he patiently showed us how to work it. Amazing guy!

I took a ring there to make sure it was a genuine aquamarine since it was very large and had been so cheap on ebay. Ebay will give you your money back if what is sold to you is not as described. I was also buying a new battery for a watch. I did not ask for an appraisal. I just wanted to make sure it was a true aquamarine. The owner looked at it thru a device he had. He said no it is not an aquamarine. I was disappointed and was going to get back with ebay saying the seller had sold me a fake ring. There was just something about the owner of Criterion I didn't trust. I took it to 2 other jewelers and they both told me it was a very nice aquamarine and it is rare to get one that big. If the owner of the store has no ethics and can so easily lie, I will never go back there.
