The cashier, Jen, was extremely rude when I inquired about why my coupons did not apply. Instead of assisting me, she insisted that I had done them incorrectly and refused to void the transaction so I could start over. She then stated that she hadnât had a break since 6:00 AM and didnât have time to help, adding that people who use coupons are a ânightmare.â
I tried to be understanding and even offered to wait or step away while I figured out my coupons, but she refused and insisted I just pay for my items. When I explained that I only wanted the items if I could use my coupons and asked for a void, she became increasingly agitated. She told me to âget out of the storeâ because a void of that size would trigger loss prevention and require paperwork.
This entire interaction was captured on camera, and it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. This location is the most convenient for me, but after this experience, I am hesitant to return. I hope that this matter is addressed appropriately, as no customer should be made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable while shopping.

Every time I come into this store. Nobody is never at the registers and when I asked anybody that works there that I need help at the register they give you an attitude while in full conversation with customer not talking about work but having a conversation about life. I was even called names because I ensure them that they doing more talking than working. I should have went to corporate office for the racial slurs that were said to me.

I just want to say I'm a doordasher and I didn't realize this location closed at 10pm. I received an order at 9:32pm and I had 28 minutes to get 14 items. As I'm shopping the customer is sending me messages changing items, substituting items, adding on items, and etc. For the last 10-15 minutes I was being rushed and harassed by a woman and a short man telling me I needed to hurry up and constantly reminding me that they're closing and I needed the customer to confirm that she needed to get refunded for 4 of her items on her order because they were out of those items. The lady at the front counter told me it's 10 o clock we are closed and I needed to hurry up and put my items on the counter and check out so that they can leave. Both of the employees were very rude and they knew I was doordashing. So, except for helping me get the items I needed so that I can leave their establishment on time. They complained and rushed me and the lady kept telling me that my doordash card kept declining and I did not appreciate that at all. I hope from here on out they learn better customer service and learn how to talk to people because it was uncalled for and unnecessary. Granite I know I should've kept up with the time but I can't rush a customer to do what I need them to do in order to go to the next screen on my phone so that I can cash out with my doordash card because doordash has to load the money on the card in order for me to do check out. But hopefully from here on out both of them get off of work on time at 10 and have better nights.

The store manager is so rude I almost hate to go in there but itâs the most convenient to me. Their self checkout always gives trouble but I try to get in there and get out to avoid dealing with her.

The lady opening the store on 2/28 is terribly rude. She gave me disgusting looks & called me stupid for pulling into the parking lot before they opened. You would think I was banging on the door demanding she let me in!! Definitely not ever going back. She needs therapy

Have not been in months because manager always wants to have a disagreement with me about her job. Today I went to get her twice once for left product , then to help an elderly gentleman. It went left when a guy needed Amazon cards and she told me to use self checkout. I am already there because she was not going to check me out. I told her why I don't come there and she said I could leave. I said I'll call corporate, she said call them. .

Went in store ringing someone up. Then 10 min later no manager. She outside smoking.I told her I'm ready to check out. My 6 items were on counter. She says on self checkout working. How convenient since you out on phone and no sign saying it. I left items on counter. I'll go to Dallas like I've been doing

This store is never clean , never stock and has the worst customer service especially their store manager Jenny. Sheâs very rude , always has a attitude! Sheâs always outside smoking! Donât know how she got that position! Please hire people who really want to work!

They are not only improving but seem to be better stocked than Wal Mart on some items. Also, they offer delivery through DoorDash which I will always be loyal to for being there when the world was at its craziest in March of 2020.
