“Stopped into this location for the first time. Nice store. Clean store. Amazingly clean bathroom 🤩 smelled good too! I was helped by an associate who was very nice I had to ask her name, Zhade I think is how it’s spelled. She was very helpful, she went to get a case of water for me from the back I believe. “I was surprised at the selection available. I found several things on my list I wasn't expecting to find. I was both pleased with the low price on some items, but displeased with the higher prices on other items. The lady that checked us out was very sweet and kind. They did not have a working, public restroom.”

“The cashiers are absolute GEMS. If I could make them smaller, with a magical and technologically advanced shrinking raygun, like tiny as kewpie dolls, and then put them in my pocket, so that I could walk around all day and talk with them, because they are so kind and helpful and considerate, I would.
However, there is no music playing in the store. Back at Christmas time, I believe I remember there were playing some holly jolly tunes, and while I’m not usually a holly jolly music kinda guy, I could admire that at least there was some effort. What I’m looking for — consistently, not just in the holly jolly season — is some 70s, waiting room at the dentist, kind of soft rock, B 98.5 adult contemporary tunes that will soothe my aching soul as I pick out the proper toothpaste while I languish in abject poverty. I am giving only four stars because instead of playing Michael McDonald’s “What a Fool Believes,” I am served with silence — the stark silence upon entering this warehouse of cheap and affordable yet necessary and useful items, merely serving to allow my thoughts to wander into an existential wasteland, forcing me to consider my choice of career and lifestyle given the recent developments in our transition into late stage capitalism. Also because back at the Christmas time I mentioned before, they were playing that Mariah Carey tune. I just don’t cotton to it. Sorry not sorry.”
“I couldn't find my phone and the Manager was gracious enough to look at the camera and show me that I did leave the store with it. (My toddler had taken it) Her and the cashier handle my situation with patient and kindness and I truly appreciated it.”

“There was a shoplifter that got stopped while I was there. The manager handled it calmly but the customer was pretty ugly. 0therwise I found everything I needed and some I did not. The limited edition Hostess cupcakes S'mores flavor are the bomb!”
“I had an issue with some fans that I bought. The first box was perfect. All the parts were there, the assembly was really easy, and it ran quietly just as advertised. I take out the second box expecting the same experience, but parts were missing. I go to the third box I bought thinking OK I’ll just take one back and will be OK. The third box was missing one important part that made a fan work, which was the motor. I took both back and explained that even though I could probably put an additional fan together between the two boxes, I did not want to take that chance given that meant that it might be used when I was buying new. Tom went and checked to see if they were any other fans of that type and allowed me to verify that all the parts were there before I left the store. He provided the discount and even threw in a desktop fan for good measure to make it right. He went above and beyond in helping me get what I needed. I have been a customer at the store for years, and especially after the care that I received today, I will continue being a customer at this establishment.”
“I’ve been to a good amount of dollar stores recently searching for a particular item but this one had me taken aback! It is very clean and organized. There aren’t a bunch of boxes everywhere and stuff on the floor. Everything is in its respective space. The staff is friendly and helpful! Nicole helped me find what I needed I mean above and beyond, just stopped what she was doing to help. I done 20mins to get here and would come back!! Love it here”
“Every time I visit this location, someone always says HELLO as soon as I walk thru the door. I love it. This store is always clean and properly faced items... the aisle are clean ... the store is not over cluttered and old and moldy. If Family Dollar would follow the model of this store they would grow immensely. But the only thing is there should always be at least 1 person in front of store and one person stocking and cleaning. Great Job Brownsville Rd!!!!”

“Consistently friendly and efficient customer service. Aisles aren't always full of the carts of stuff to be stocked like happens at some places. Shelves are usually pretty organized and items are ready to locate. Checkout is fast and I've never seen their tap-to-pay system glitch.”
“This Dollar Tree is always busy because it's near the Walmart. Walmart doesn't always have everything you need, and this Dollar Tree is in a convenient location. I am a crafting guru and decoration for holidays and occasions is my specialty. Dollar Tree has some of the best things you can find at a low price. Many of my ornaments came from the Dollar tree. Some of the pieces on my handmade tree topper were from this store. I also hand painted 🎨 several of the ornaments. Very time consuming, but well worth it. I would recommend this location for the best selections and a huge variety of quality items. Give the staff grace as the work though the day with the rush of eager customers. “I have lived in this area for almost a year now and have not had any issues with the staff. I would highly recommend this store. Amanda is the store manager and she is always nice. Mistie does a great job keeping the store clean. This store is pretty organized compared with other dollar general stores. Definitely will shop here again!”

“This Dollar Tree is so much larger than I realized and the beauty aisle is better than I expected.
I was able to find about 2/3 of the products that I was looking for. They keep it pretty tidy and organized throughout the day and it was fairly easy to locate the items I was looking for. The only thing that I would say that needs improvement would be that they could stand to have one to two more employees on hand in the evenings. I only saw one employee while I was there and she was at the register. It was early evening and they were pretty busy and there's no way for this one employee to help people and also ring sales.”

1."HELLO", I felt welcomed to be a customer.
2. CLEAN & ORGANIZED! No items strayed in the isles, nothing out of place! Also, you could smell the CLEAN as entering the front door!
3. Public Restroom clean. Any customer that needs: Hand soap, Lysol wipes, paper towels and toilet paper was within reach!
4. Manager Brandon was extremely welcoming and most approachable. He was attentive and pleasant! Whatever Brandon, Amanda & their crew are doing AT THIS LOCATION, NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY IMPLEMENTED at your 4061 Anneewakee Rd. location!!!

“Love the revamp that has been done to this store! It feels like a whole new experience even before the remodel! The new store manager, and the new employees are personable, friendly, execute great customer service and always make sure to greet and thank me every single time! They are more than helpful, always checking in to make sure I don’t need help with anything and the register is always being tended to. Before, I use to have the worst anxiety going in even though it was the most convenient location for me, because I would have to search the entire store for an employee or wait in the long backed up line just to be able to ask a question.
