Called this salon before arriving. Was told 80.00 for gel toes and full set with gel. Got there and sat in chair for pedicure. Lady did not clean cuticles well. When I politely asked she got an attitude got up and had another girl come over to finish. She still did not clean nails well under the nail bed was not cleaned as well. She didn't clean bottom of feet either. Rushed through as if she was trying to get iut if there. Then when she painted my toes left part of the nailbed unpolished so it looks as if I am in need of a new pedicure. I asked if she could paint the whole toe. She says I'm closer down to your feet and can see closer than you. Excuse me! Am I paying you or you paying me? I let it go and then she says to come to her booth for my nails. Then she says I'm just going to cut your nails off since I can't please you! Wait am I being punked what's going on here. I said ma'am my feet have already been painted I am not leaving with undone nails but feet are done (bad job but done). She finishes my nails then I go to check out she says 92. Wait no you will not upsell me I called before I came and was told 80.00. Then this guy comes over and says you had power on your nails. I had removed my old nails before arriving but still had a little color spots around the edges. So you charging me to file my nails in what you have to do anyways. Okay cool. Then I asked what was his name. He says why? I asked I would just like to know who all I worked with. He says no I'm not giving you my name. But looking at all the bad reviews I see it may be Daniel. Then I say no I called before I came they said no this is Fantasy nails I said is there a Rosey here. He says no Rosie work here. I go to my call log and it matches the number on their business card. I gave a 100.00 and they gave me 7.00 back so now you gonna steal from me as well? I ask for a receipt. They says we don't have receipts. So she writes out a written receipt. But notice she up charged me on the price I was quoted and took a 3.00 tip without my concent. Is this ethical? Can they do this? Someone has to stop these salons from mistreatment of the general public who are providing them business. Without us there is no you. These salons need a slice of humble pie and start treating their customers how they would want to be treated. Something has to be done. This is just not right! I pay my money but you get to tell me what service you will provide based off of what you feel like doing? How does that work?. I am very disappointed with the level of service provided and the poor customer service issued. Come together to ban salons of upcharging, and mistreatment. If we come together we can stop this unethical behavior. Then maybe they will learn it's our money that keeps them employed.

The staff here are always nice and professional. No matter who does my nails and feet they always do a great job . They are always on time and they don’t overbook so you don’t have to wait long at all if you have an appointment. Fantasy nail shop is the best nail shop in Hiram, ga .

From the very first time my daughter took me there I was very comfortable and I have been going there ever since. I have been going there for about 5 years. I love the by appointment only because the salon is not crowded. They treat my daughter, my sister and I like family. We each have our nail tech. My nail tech is Kelly, I love her she treats me great and always does a great job. Daniel does a great job and my sister loves him. My daughter has Sandy and she does great work. The mom is very nice and does a great job. They are good people. I would recommend Fantasy nails to everyone. Comfortable and clean salon.

It is a wonderful experience to have my nails serviced at Fantasy. The owners are very kind and welcoming, The shop is always clean and sanitized. The work is completed in an efficient and timely way to avoid long waiting time. I highly recommend them for your manicure and pedicure care.

Unfortunately i wont return. He service was good but i noticed that the lady rinced the tool used in my dirty water and put them back in the drawer. While i was drying i paid attention and they used those same tools on the person behind me. They were also using used files. This is how you pass foot fungas. My lady was nice and did a good job but this is just nasty.

A friend recommended this place, so I made a pedicure appointment. Sandy was the nail tech who took care of me, and she was so sweet! While there, I asked if there was time for a full set, and she said yes. She did a pedicure AND a full set in just under an hour, and did a good job! I don't think I've ever had both done that quickly. I'm a very satisfied customer!
