Today I had the best experience purchasing a new tire. While that's not a shared sentiment, the crew was amazing, they were accommodating and gave me ways to save on my purchase. Eric assured the process wouldn't take long and he was definitely kept his promise.

I was out of town and didn’t really know the area. I decided to come in and see if my car could get checked because it was giving me some issues. I walked in and was greeted by this nice lady, Veronica. She was very helpful, and her customer service was really good. I know who to look for next time I’m out of town.

I’ve been to other auto shops and decided to come in because I had some questions about my vehicle. Veronica was very attentive and very patient. She helped me get more informed and found the best deals for me. Veronica has excellent customer service, and will definitely come back!

I love coming to Firestone. Sandra is the best! She’s so nice and helpful when you come in and have any questions. She also lets me know ahead of time if my car is going to take more than 3 hrs to get done, which is very helpful to not have to sit in the waiting area all day without being told.

She listened carefully to our concerns, explained all the options clearly, and made sure we understood why she recommended certain tires over others.
Thanks to Sandra’s expertise, we walked away feeling confident we made the best choice—she really knew her stuff. She handled everything seamlessly.

I was out of town and needed help with issues my car was giving me. I went into this Firestone location, and Veronica helped me and made me feel very comfortable. She made sure I was getting everything I needed. This is a very nice facility with very good customer service. I will definitely be back to see Veronica, and you guys should, too!
