The worst five below experience I’ve ever had. When you enter immediately, you may see one employee, possibly. As you continue to shop around moving further and further back into the store, you don’t see a single employee. No one greet you, no one offers to help, no one is friendly. The only time an employee even spoke to me, was at the register. When I was near the checkout area and employee stared me down the entire time which made me completely uncomfortable and felt like I needed to check out immediately. When you come near the registers all but two say register closed. The employee says are you ready to check out and reaches for my items. I say jokingly can I not check out myself. The employee firmly says no and and again attempts to grab the items out of my hand. I say well a few things weren’t priced and I need them price checked before I purchase. The employee says a few concerning remarks while checking me out. Then stand in the way, as if I can’t pay by myself. I waited for him to move and when he did, he then went to check out one person of the line that was forming behind me. When making the payment the screen was asking which way I’d like to pay and a woman, I don’t know where reaches around me to select the option, which was extremely creepy. as if I don’t know how to check out or make payment myself. The other employee attempts to watch me as I need to key in my pin. All in all the experience sucked. And I wondered why this one wasn’t as crowded as the others especially in the location that it’s in but now I definitely understand. You can’t get help in the store because all of the employees are watching you and personally checking out your items rudely and aggressively. I can see why they have stuff. The other stores didn’t have as well.

Worst store ever!!! If you don't have your receipt they ask for the transaction amount and date and even with proof can't locate it in their system. What a waste.

Who I’m assuming is the manager seems like a moody bully. It’s also pretty stupid that you have a ton of self check out registers but I guess you can’t trust your shoppers enough to check out their own items. So you have to wait forever for a cashier to take you over to a self check out and do it for you and when the survey comes up and asks THE CUSTOMER, NOT THE EMPLOYEE! “Would you rate your experience today 1-9?” And she doesn’t even ask me or say a word. She just hits 9 when my service wasn’t a 9 I would give you guys a 0 if I could.

Racists. I was waiting in line at the self checkout and one of the employees came and proceeded to take the stuff out of the cart and to started to scan them herself. I was the only customer she did that to, in front of me there were multiple different people of different diversities. I was the only one wearing a hijab and the only one she chose to interfere with. I definitely felt racially profiled. ??

I went and got bubble stuff today after the $tree bubble stuff produced nothing. I asked the lady at 5 below if their bubbles bubbled.
She wasn't sure but confident. She was right to be. They are very bubbly
