I have struggled for years to find a good repair shop for my car and now I have found an excellent one! Hale Automotive has been the best place with the best customer service and quality of work. They are very informative and kept me updated about the progress of my repairs and they are very thorough! I highly recommend this company! And will always take my car here!

Hale is a GREAT shop. Good people, mom and pop enviroment, and great work perfromed. When my shop cant do certain work for customers I send them to HALE AUTOMOTIVE!!!!

Every time I bring my vehicle in to be repaired, Zack is always very professional and makes sure to get all my cars needs taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. He is very thorough in explaining what it is that is wrong and what is needing to be done to fix the issues. Would recommend this shop and Zack to anyone looking for a good reliable mechanic!

Awesome place! 100% honest workers who truly care about fixing your car issues. Today I expected to pay a diagnostic fee plus more for a light that came on in my car, my key battery stopped working, and thought my tires would need to be replaced. I know nothing about cars so they could have easily talked me into anything and taken advantage of me but they didn’t.Oil company didn’t reset my light, my tires could be rotated but looked fine and they help fixed my key battery at no charge.You can’t find that type of honesty and hospitality just anywhere, especially not in this profession.My gf has also gotten her car worked on here which is why I came here. She has raved about the honest prices, quick work, and easy transaction process and I’ve now gotten to witness the high integrity and professionalism that goes with it. This is 100% my car place for any issues going forward. Thanks a lot!

Zack was a tremendous help! When my car broke down I called the shop and he guaranteed a speedy fix. I had my car towed to the shop that day and it was ready for pick up in less then 24 hours! Zack took his time to explain to me what happened and why it happened. I haven’t had a problem since! Hale Automotive was the best decision and I’ll continue to use them for all my automotive needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance
