Inconsistent is the best word I have. The last time we went (right before 4th of July) the services I got were great! Today they were bad. I had a rushed pedicure. I paid for the one with the jelly and got maybe 5 minutes in it total. It’s supposed to be relaxing and my pedicure was anything but! And my tech was very rough. Rushed rushed rushed!! Then I wanted sns in my hands. I had to argue with the tech that I didn’t want a gel liquid base. Then she decided to finish my sns nails with a gel top coat. I can understand that for the 2 nails that have nail art but the others should have been finished with the correct sns product. And then to top it off she used a nail file on my arms and palms!! WTH! That is painful and uncalled for in any manner!
So disappointed!

Absolutely phenomenal. They run a very efficient place. I was in and out for a mani Pedi in 30 minutes and my nails are beautiful.

I got a pedicure and it was good. I got a full set of gel liquid because i have short nails. Well two of my nails fell off after only being on for 1 week. My daughter got a fill in and she had one that fell off after being on a week as well. For the money that you pay it needs to last longer.

Really do your research before throwing your money away here!!!
I normally don’t post reviews but I feel others need to know what this place is like!
I’ve been to this place 3 times now & I am determined to find a better salon! Their only positive is they are fast, but extremely sloppy! Some are even rude & dismissive of your request, like they think you are stupid! If they just say yes to your request & continue doing what they want! Their prices are ridiculous for the service you receive! I’m not super picky, but I would like to walk out with clean hands and toes, not fingernail polish all over my fingers and toes! The guy didn’t cut my nails down, placed tips on top & never drilled/smoothed inside of nail. It looks absolutely disgusting! We are limited to good nail places here in Dallas, but there must be other places better than this!

I walked in on Thursday afternoon. I was seated immediately. I told the girl that I wanted a full set of acrylic nails, short and thin.
They are thin.
They are short.
However, the tips she put on are too small and they expose the nail, while the tip gives it an extremely crooked look!!! I TOLD HER THE TIPS WERE TO SMALL. She blamed my nail bed. Ridiculous!!!!
My nails look awful.
I’m extremely dissatisfied! I’ll never go back!!!!!!!!

They look exactly like the inspo picture! They worked fast, and they’re very well priced! Unlike other nails salons that typically hurt my nails, my nail tech didn’t which I found very nice! Heiu is a very talented nail tech!

I got a pedicure/manicure w my mom and asked for “sparkly white” for both hands and feet. The nail tech must have taken my request as “clear sparkly” bc there was no white tint whatsoever.
Not only was the color wrong, the manicure was totally rushed and MESSY. I had huge bubbles from where she did not smooth it down to look like a natural nail shape.
She did not clean under the nail w the drill. She also cut 2 fingers badly. They were bleeding and I guess bc I said nothing she assumed it was ok that she made me bleed without acknowledging it.
My pedicure looks great. I had a man doing them. Although, he did not ask me if I wanted gel or regular nail polish, he just automatically did gel. I would have picked regular polish. Not a problem tho it’s whatever. But the nails were atrocious. My mom’s nails were red and her nail tech didn’t even take off the blue she had and you could see the old blue nail polish under the new red polish. It was so bad that it was funny. My mom told her she could see the blue and she IGNORED the whole comment about that.
Altogether the nail service we received was less than satisfactory, albeit, a bit lazy as well. Won’t be back. Sorry :/
