Not the store we once knew. Not a lot of good stuff anymore, this place used to have stuff everywhere! Now, not so much. Didn't even stay to explore. Disappointed.

Most times, the customer service is good.
I encountered a young associate off the register yesterday evening who gave too much opinion when I only asked for information on custom framing. Sometimes, a customer might be making a gift or want to make their work look more professional so they may ask for the extra service for their work. The young associate was saying the extra service seemed useless according to her opinion, but I would have liked to let her know that sometimes the extra service on framework is desired if you're making it for someone special or professional business needs. I would have shared that with her, but I was ready to go and leave out.
