We took our taxes to this location in April of '25 to be prepared. We heard nothing, so on July 19, '25 I went there to see what was going on. It took the lady 10 minutes to find our paperwork. It was locked in the bottom of a drawer. H&R Block did absolutely nothing for us. I would stay away from this location!

I came in today and they totally pushed me away i came in they ignored me which i had a appointment then they acted as if they couldn’t help me they walked up to me in asked what i needed didn’t even give me the opportunity to sit down i felt as if it was very racist .( It was the lady in the walker)

My tax preparer was awesome and friendly guy. Very approachable and knowledgeable on the requirements. Great job Robert. I just wish the pricing was more competitive with the other companies out there.

I regret ever using this location. I was referred to Candie by a family member. Candie entered in my bank information wrong when paying my taxes and now it is over a month later and I am still working out my payment with the IRS. but H&R Block was QUICK to take my payment for them “assisting me”. When really they did nothing but cause me problems. I will be using Turbo Tax from here on out. This is ridiculous.
