$300 down the drain. I purchased a 10k gold bracelet rope chain with gold bar accents and within a couple hours of wearing it the bracelet started to fray and brake. The manager of the jewelry dept. Said they often have issues with this piece of jewelry and convinced me a rope chain necklace would do better. So I exchange them and wear the necklace for a few hours. It snags on my shirt and breaks that same day.... at this point I'm pretty frustrated and all they say they can do is exchange it once again or send it off to be fixed which will take 4 weeks and that I cannot get a refund. I do the exchange and a hour into wearing the new necklace it snags again! You would think a piece of jewelry with a original price tag of over $1000 should last you more than a hour. I just want my money back and they just act like their hands are tied. So disappointed to have a happy time of my husband wanting to buy me something nice turn into a absolute nightmare. DO NOT BUY ROPE CHAINS FROM HERE!!!

The store is nice enough but over priced on some things. Also, the pocketbook / women’s wallet selection is very small & each bag looks almost the same. Needs more designers or name brands other than the very few they carry

Overall the photo session experience was fun and the photographer was creative on choosing poses for us. The only issue was ordering certain gifts where the pictures didn’t align with the choices we wanted. I did have to crop a picture that was showing gum on the bottom of my shoes, and I was hoping that my dogs bow tie would be more visible. Those small details make all the difference. When choosing the selection of photos that I wanted, I felt rushed, although I wasn’t holding up anyone. The lady checking me out seemed a bit impatient and responded poorly to me because of it. This was a happy occasion, so I just brushed it off. However, I still feel it was worth what I paid for

The staff at this location are amazing. The photographer is very experienced and the prices are reasonable for the amount of photos you get. You are able to see your photos immediately after the session. At that time you are able to select the ones you want. the photos are ready in a few days which is always a plus. They often have specials where you can get a discount on your photos. This was a very good experience. I will definitely be returning to this location.
