There is a clear difference in the morning crew here versus the night crew. Ate here plenty times during the day and never treated this way. Came to eat and no one said anything to us. I ordered with the person at the end and the person I was with walked to the end to pay. The girls working at the end where you pay made comments under their breath and told the person I was with “just so you know you order at the other end.” *We had already ordered at the end* The girl charged us for something we didn’t order with the guy at the end, who makes the sandwich. Then told us “you have to pay for what you’re getting,” as if it were our mistake ringing up the wrong things. Needless to say, these teenagers/young adults have no respect or customer service skills especially with airpods in and not even acknowledging customers.

I have been to several Jersey Mike’s locations in the past, but my recent visit to your store was truly outstanding. The cleanliness of the store, the efficiency of the service, and the wonderful personalities of your employees truly stood out to me. It was a refreshing and enjoyable experience that I felt compelled to share.

While the food at jersey Mike's is always quality and taste is always good, the portions particularly at this location are skimpy especially when ordering to go or delivery. For the amount you pay you expect a decent size sandwich. Bread might be the same size but meat is no where near as much as it used to be. I will be spending my money elsewhere for sandwiches as jersey Mike's is no longer worth it like many of the "fast food" places.

I just placed an order in the app for $45.35 2 giant sandwiches and it had so much salt on it. It was unbearable to eat so the kids had to throw it away this order cost a lot to have such a mess up this is ridiculous. I called the store I spoke with 2 employees who told me there’s no manager, no team leader and couldn’t tell me when a manager would be on shift and ask me “ what do you want us to do about it”. Seriously!!!!******My review was done 2 weeks ago from today’s date 3/19/24 just a little update. Nothing has been resolved other than the owner responding to my review. I emailed but never given a response. *****

I don't know where these complaints are coming from! I've been here twice, a few months apart, and had a very positive experience both times. The food is awesome, and everyone on the staff was smiling, friendly and polite. The place was spotless and even people in line were in a good mood and chatting with each other. You guys rock!

Joy is an amazing person and a great manager. I had a situation from a JM I have never been to. I traveled 6 miles out of my way to my usual JM to get it done right.without hesitation she saw the food I received, shook her head and made it right. Thank you Joy!! This location is the best. I am a regular and they treat me as such. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
