I’ve purchased items here before for gifts visiting .. Not a favorite store in Hiram location if you like being followed around while there was clearly other customers that may need help, Rude !!
why don’t you ( store supervisor /employee )ask if I need help looking for a particular item instead of just following me from across the Store! not worth my dime anymore don’t come here if you like to be profiled!

Looking for a home decor decoration/decorations, this might be your store. That is if you enjoy rude sales associate.When we went into Kirkland's Home, there was a sign on a table that read "Clearance" plus there were about six other items on the same table next to the "Clearance Sign"When I asked the sale associate, how much the items on the table were?Her response was..... these items are regular price, it's just the table that's marked down.I replied, isn't that misleading to the customers because they are probably thinking the same as myself.The sign should have read...Clearance - only the table. After she told me it was only the table, not the items next to the clearance sign. Then she looked up at me,She gave me a hateful look and walked away and when I try to make small talk when checking out all of my items that was over $$ that I had purchased.She wouldn't smile, tell me to have a nice evening, literally acting like I did not exist.EXCUSE ME... Kirkland Home!Is this how your employees treat their customers because they don't like a comment about the clearance table?!I really doubt if I ever shop at this location ever again.Seriously.... Why should she even be around any customer if she treats them in such a cold manner?!Kirkland Home, will never get my money ever again, especially at that location.Sad, But true story.

When your merchandise is being rung up, keep an eye on the price that rings up. I bought a picture from Kirkland's yesterday. It was priced at $49.99 and 50% off. Paid and went home. Check my receipt and it had rung up at $59.99 and 50% off. Same SKU number. I should've paid $25 plus tax and I paid $30 plus tax. Not worth it to go back for $5, but I'll be sure and check the price that rings up from now on.
