“High Spirits Package Store was an unassuming find while I was hunting for a specific bottle of Brazilian rum — cachaça — and it turned out to be a solid discovery. It reminds me of Total Wine in the best way: the kind of place where you might walk in for one bottle and walk out having learned something new from someone who genuinely knows their spirits. That unexpected knowledge exchange is part of the charm.
The location adds to the experience. It sits across from a movie theater and is surrounded by food spots and easy places to move around, making it convenient and low-pressure. Maybe it brings out my inner rebellious teenager — except now I’m grown and can actually enjoy it responsibly. It’s been a while since I’ve stopped by, which probably means it’s time for another bottle of Leblon cachaça.”

“They're usually well-stocked with most things (center lane...exotic stuff, not so much). The store is always clean and well-lit, and the people are friendly and helpful. Lastly, their location is convenient to people living or traveling between Hiram and Douglas County.”
“I'm only giving this a place a 5 because my dad works here every Sunday. The old man who likes to talk & knows everything about the liquor. He would bring shooters so we could give our opinions. I had to stop drinking, but I love the Moca Moonshine. I just put it in my latte as creamer. Still adding the foam for my latte.
I also brought my service dog as a real test. With all the bottles. He did great and stayed right with me. Nobody yelled at me either. Lol. It was a calm vibe in there at the time, but I was in there early. I was so forced on my dog I didn't noticed the cleanliness, but I'm OCD, and I'd notice nasty. It wasn't nasty.”

“I would say one of the best liquor store in Dallas area. Prices are very reasonable and it also has a wide variety of options to select for. Plenty of parking and also avail a restroom if needed.”
