I have been going here for years! Susan and all the staff are always so nice and helpful. I had some concerns about some ingredients at one point and Susan worked really hard to get the answers for me. Any time I have had a specific need everyone goes above and beyond to fulfill it. We don’t buy make up from anyone else.

I am experiencing several forms of alopecia at once. I went in to see what wig options were available and was treated so kindly and respectful! I learned so much. What an awesome hands on wig salon!

I was in the market for a wig to wear while growing out an extremely short haircut, and Karen and Susan were the sweetest and most helpful people. Susan was very knowledgeable and patient and made sure to find me something I was comfortable in and looked great in. The store is small and cozy and the area for wigs is private so you don’t have to worry about people seeing you if you feel uncomfortable. Their wigs are great quality and they give you all the tools and instructions you need to care for them. You get a very personal one on one experience here and whatever your reason for wig shopping, I can’t recommend this store enough.

I felt like an alien when I went in there this morning. No hair, no self esteem. Just ugly. I walked , glided out looking like a person again! Took time to teach me what I didn't know and listened to my silly questions. Thank you Susan and Hanna!

I have never been in a store that had signs up all over the store “Do Not Touch” and had the store blocked so you couldn’t touch anything if you wanted to. The reason was because of the “numbers”. Really????? I won’t be back.

Susan is delightful to work with, esp during these times of social distancing. I called, she took my order, I paid over phone and later I was able just drive by and pickup. I recommend this Merle Norman to all Merle Girls in the area.

They always have a big selection of their products. And some of the nicest people works there. Susan the owner, always have her customers concerns and interest. She always try's to make her customers feel good and important about their selfs. What can I say more, Susan is always a kind and warm person. How do I know?
