Worst experience here, whoever the skinny black girl cashier is with the worst attitude needs to be fired immediately. She’s rude, impatient and needs to be taught how to speak with customers. I will definitely reach out to corporate for this. I’ve been here multiple times. I’ve never been disrespected like this. If management doesn’t handle it. I will, trust me

Went in here the other day or so to grab some stuff for one of my kids and was greeted politely… the store was a little messy but I was also seeing customers just throwing clothes back in spots after the workers just folded them … I spotted a man that had a mobility stick and I was about to ask him if he needed any help but one of the workers got to him before me and I watch to see how well she did and she did amazing I really wish I would have caught her name to brag on her to a manager or something cause WOW…. I wish there were more people like that in the world she deserves some appreciation!

I wanted to shout out to Victoria! We had a great experience with her EXCELLENT customer service and the kindness she provided to us. She was very helpful to both myself and girls while shopping in the store. I will definitely be back to this location because of her. Thank you!!

I went to the Hiram Old Navy this morning and was met at the door my Cat, one of the store managers. From the time I got there until the time I left, she was the absolute best. I had an issue with items I purchased that needed to be exchanged. She got right on it, telling me she would get me fixed up. I am recovering from back surgery and cannot bend; I let her know this and she followed me and picked out what I needed. Great customer service is so rare, but I had a different experience today with Cat. I have been a shopper a long time so I remember when it was a given, not an odd occurrence. She was kind, accommodating, gracious and very patient. She is to be commended as a true asset to Old Navy. Cat did exactly what she said she would: she exchanged my items, help find new ones, made the process very easy and sent me on my way with a satisfied smile. Thank you Cat! I appreciate you.

Medium sized location.
The staff is very friendly and personable. I enjoy the conversation with the staff at the registers when I come here.
Plenty of options when shopping, not picked over or messy. The separation between men, women, and children’s clothing is good.
I would appreciate if they had more staff to help at the registers as it gets clogged up at times.
Overall great location with great staff that treats you right.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Old Navy store in Hiram, GA, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Sea. I called the store in a rush, needing to find a specific type of shoe for my daughter for an upcoming wedding. Sea went above and beyond to assist me.
Upon learning that I would be at the store in about 20 minutes, Sea took the initiative to select several pairs of shoes and have them ready at the front counter for my arrival. When I got there, she personally went over the options with me, ensuring I found exactly what I needed.
Sea's proactive approach, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. She transformed a potentially stressful situation into a seamless and pleasant shopping experience.
I hope this review reaches Old Navy's higher management, as it is important they recognize the valuable employee they have in Sea. Her dedication and exceptional service not only reflect well on her but also enhance the overall reputation of Old Navy. Thank you, Sea, for your remarkable assistance!

Love the store, great selection….but the bathroom is FOUL. There was trash all over the floor, mold growing beneath the hand dryer, a broken faucet/dispenser and it looked like it literally hadn’t been clean in WEEKS.
