I went to get to get some simple French tip. Or so l thought... I kept telling the male nail tech that the curves are not in line and I wanted it to be a bit closer to the end of the nail. I showed him the picture of my inspiration twice and he had to completely ignored what I was asking for . Then he started to mutter under his breath and then proceeded to tell me what I wanted was impossible and that I needed to make that acrylic nails thicker because I had asked to not make them thick. Over all, I don't recommend especially if you don't have the time to argue with people over the nails that you payed for.

The man at the counter was very rude. I went to go leave to get the money so I could pay for it but he yelled at me to stay and told me I couldn’t leave even though I was going to come back. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The prices are way too high, the employees are rude, they do a horrible job with pedicures, and I’m never going back!

My nails always come out amazing. The shape is always perfect & I get so many compliments on them. The service is always great & the vibe is really chill.

I wanted Andy. Ended up getting some new random guy who then switched out with some other random new guy! Never spoke to me. I got baby nails and they are crooked. Had to ask the guy to redo my thumb nail bc they were all wayyyyy too short. The picture is a week grown out and my nails grow fast so you know how short they were when fresh. Then they charged me $55 I was completely disappointed and will NOT go back here at all!

Good experience, loved my nails the guy in table one did a very nice job on my Christmas nails acrylic powder gel polish short round square shape showed a picture of what I wanted they were vey cute price was reasonable.

The atmosphere is quiet and the salon is well-ordered. Staff is friendly and quick to seat me. Tech Binh is very professional, funny and always perfects what I ask for. I really don't have any reason to be disappointed.

This place has changed drastically.. not sure if it's new management or what but the service has definitely changed and none of the same people are there.... They don't really understand to do what you want them to do. Probably won't go back I've been a customer for some years now ...

I left my review for the wrong PL Nails (Smyrna) I went to PL Nails in Hiram and was completely satisfied. My pedicure was one of the best I've ever had. LiLi was my tech and she was so very thorough, as thorough as I would be when I do my own nails. Can't wait to see her again even though another customer told me the guys were just as good as her.

This salon is the best ever! I just moved to Hiram and I'm so glad I found this salon. I've lived in Vinings for 20 years and the quality of service there is amazing. I've been to quite a few places over in this area and no other salons compare. I absolutely love LELE who used to work at the other salon that I used to go to many years ago, and the other young lady there! Super sweet ladies! The guy who did my toes and designs did the best work I've ever had done before! I love this place! ???
