Great place with amazing people unfortunately they use chart request to get medical records they were supposed to charge $5 but ended up charging $35 I contacted corporate and they did not care

The practitioner there was very sweet, so were the phlebotomist and other staff. Everyone that I interacted with genuinely cared about my well-being and health. And that's rare at the urgent Care. Great job!

Had an appointment. Was in and out within an hour, some of that time was waiting for tests to process. Staff was great! They were a little bit loud for someone with a headache.

I showed up with less than an hour until they closed and felt really bad about that. Everyone I interacted with was so incredibly kind, though. They got me back really quickly and made the whole experience wonderful. I can't say enough about the NP Meredith, though. She was amazing, so caring, and got me taken care of quickly. She talked to me about what was wrong with me, explained how she was setting me up for success with the prescriptions she was calling in and other things I could take/do to help. Her level of genuine care for the people she is seeing isn't something I've experienced at many other urgent care facilities. The personnel is incredible and the facility itself is always super clean! Will definitely go back as needed.

I had TWO great experiences this week. The NP, was very personable. She listened and cared about my issues. The office staff was fast and efficient. I made an appt online and my wait was very minimal.

The nurse practitioner Merideth Keeley is amazing. The front desk staff and Destiny the RN was so nice. When they told me I had the flu I was stressing out, Merideth said we've got you. She prescribed Tamiflu and I'm feeling better than yesterday already. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Meredith Keeley, NP was amazing and she tell it like it is. I love her passion for her patients. Mandy and Destiny were the greatest with taking good care of me and making me feel like a family. I just wish she could be my Primary Care Physician she was so Great! More facilities need people like this location. Even Tabitha at checkin was great!

All went well. No long waiting period. The Nurse practitioner, Meredith Keeley, and her assistant were great. Very professional, informative, personable, and caring. I will definitely go back if needed.
