Very poor customer service. I used to have great experiences here until I met Drew. He does not want to help answer questions or even get quotes for you. Drew either needs to be trained on customer service or just find a new job. Good luck filing a complaint with company customer service they end the chat as soon as you hit file a complaint.

I got the lifetime tire rotation last year and go up there every few months to get that done. But definitely a big shout to Robby who helps out and gives you a heads up about stuff before doing it, instead of just letting you pay for something that you may not even need.

Robby and Johnny took care of us! Amazing customer service and hard work. He joked around with us and made us feel so comfortable. We had to bring our dog and they even gave her some lovin! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys! Amazing vibes all the way around.

After several years of trading here and purchasing 6 new sets of tires I Will Not do business with Pep Boys again in the future.
I booked an appointment, arrived early to be told it was a 2 hour wait. The manager informed me he had 8 appointments for the first hour. That situation is a Pep Boys issue, not your customer. I am very disappointed with the visit this morning, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the greatest experience ever had in the mechanic shop. They take care of you like family, and I don’t plan on ever going to another mechanic again so long as I live within driving distance plan and simple simple.

Customer service is terrible!! Your not greeted when you enter the building.The guys at the front desk talk to you as tho your getting on their nerves. The lot is always full of broken down vehicles... So there is no where to park.

This is what happened when you take your vehicle at Pep Boys for repairs. Check the cameras and you’ll see for yourself how my vehicle was drop off and who did this, and shamefully lied.
