Is it possible to train your staff better than or at least micromanage some for a little while longer? I just left the store where a cashier was texting and decided to finish her text before acknowledging me and ringing up my items. I mean I actually stood there and waited on her to finish her text! No one else was standing at the counter but me that is so unprofessional, and very rude! Some employees don't deserve the privilege of having their phones on them while on the clock!!

I would avoid purchasing any ready-made items from here as this location has a HORRIFIC roach infestation. I ran in to use the restroom as I couldn't make it anywhere else and the lights were out because they are sensor lights that come on when someone enters. I went to the last stall and there were HUNDREDS of roaches scattering everywhere.

This RaceTrac is great. They have drinks, food, everything you would expect to find at a convenience store and of course fuel. And it's convenient that there's an excellent car wash right next door. We use both regularly.

I go mostly for gas so it's very frustrating to have to almost always go in to get my receipt. Annoying at least, scamish at worst. I have to have receipt for my job so no choice. Place is clean and folks are nice.

I am sitting outside of the store at 11:03 PM and they are closed because they claim they are shortstaffed but they have one person inside working. If you were going to have one person inside working the store should be open. It shouldn’t be closed or you need to bring in more people are the general manager needs to come to the store and work his store is no reason why a bunch of People should be standing outside and can’t get in the store because you guys are shortstaffed. You really need to get it together. I’m never coming back to another race track again

Came in around 5pm. There were at least 3 associates on-site, and this was the condition of the women's restroom. They did not seem concerned with getting it cleaned. It only takes 15 mins to quick-clean a restroom. There is no reason for it to be this filthy.

The store says open 24 hours, but they seem to open whenever they feel like it. This is the 4th time I've found them closed on my way to work. You want to be closed at night? That's fine, but don't say you're open 24 hours.
